Ich habe ihn gestern bekommen und auch abends gleich ausprobiert. Mein Rücken und Schulter, ich habe schon lage nicht so gut geschlafen. Das Gerät ist echt top.
Great recovery tool after gym and long days
I’ve been using this massage gun for about a week now and I’m honestly very happy with it. I mainly use it after gym sessions and also after long workdays when my back, legs, and shoulders feel tight. The different heads are useful, and the speed levels make it easy to adjust depending on how sore the muscle is.It feels powerful but not too loud, and the battery has been good so far. After a few minutes of use, my muscles feel more relaxed and less stiff. For the price, it feels like a really good purchase and I would definitely recommend it for home use.

okay, aber eher sinnlos
Das Produkt ist okay. Es vibriert auf erster Stufe schon extrem stark und leise ist es nicht gerade. Bei Nackenschmerzen würde ich es auch nicht unbedingt empfehlen, weil man einfach nur durchgeschüttelt wird und es nicht wirklich hilft. Außerdem ist der Schaumstoff auf den Kugeln aus einem Material gemacht, das bei dem Durchschütteln dazu führt das alles juckt danchach. Von dem Tiefengewebe-zeugs hätte ich auch noch nichts mitbekommen. Alles in allem eher verschwendetes Geld wenn man wirklich unter Rückenproblemen leidet

Ich habe mir das Massagegerät gekauft, weil ich viel im Büro sitze und häufig Rücken- und Nackenverspannungen habe. Nach langen Arbeitstagen fühlten sich meine Muskeln oft steif an, und einfache Dehnübungen reichten nicht aus. Daher wollte ich eine praktische Lösung zur gezielten Muskelentspannung für den Alltag.Das Massagegerät überzeugt durch mehrere einfache Massagemodi und viele Intensitätsstufen, sodass man es gut an verschiedene Körperstellen anpassen kann. Die Massage fühlt sich angenehm und gleichmäßig an und hilft dabei, verspannte Muskeln zu lockern und die Durchblutung anzuregen. Besonders praktisch ist auch der leise Betrieb sowie der Akku, der für mehrere Anwendungen ausreicht.Aber die höchste Stufe für empfindliche Bereiche etwas zu stark sein kann. Insgesamt ist das Massagegerät aber eine hilfreiche Unterstützung für die Muskelentspannung und eignet sich sowohl für sportlich aktive Menschen als auch für Personen, die viel sitzen.

Habe ich das Gerät fix für Entspannung der Muskulatur nach einem langen Arbeitstag nachgedacht und es tut sich praktisch.Es ist ideal für die tägliche Anwendung, besonders bei leichter Muskelverspannung im Rücken, in den Beinen oder im Taillenbereich.Es löst keine tief sitzenden Muskelverhärtungen oder Knoten, wie man sie nach intensivem Sport hat aber für mich und meine Frau reicht mehr als genug.Vorsicht, es ersetzt keine physiotherapeutische Behandlung oder medizinische Therapie bei chronischen Schmerzen wenn jemand an dass denkt,und die Roten Licht hat nur einen begrenzten therapeutischen Effekt und wirkt eher unterstützend als heilend.Allgemein super good 😍
