ho ricevuto il prodotto, ce l'ho da 2 mesi ma ieri sera dopo averlo messo in carica ha iniziato a funzionare a scatti su un auricolare. Ho provato a fare il reso ma amazon non me lo permette. Non c'è la possibilità di avere assistenza. Un vero peccato perché ero contento del prodotto. Spero di essere contattato dal fornitore per ricevere assistenza e cambiare la mia recensione
