Sehr zufrieden - kühlt schnell und funktioniert zuverlässig
Ich bin mit der Klimaanlage bisher sehr zufrieden. Sie war schnell aufgebaut und die Bedienung ist einfach. Der Raum wird spürbar schnell kühler und auch bei warmem Wetter schafft das Gerät eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Kühlleistung ist für die Größe wirklich gut.Auch die Verarbeitung macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck und das Zubehör war vollständig dabei. Natürlich hört man das Gerät im Betrieb, aber für eine mobile Klimaanlage finde ich die Lautstärke völlig in Ordnung. Praktisch finde ich auch, dass man verschiedene Modi einstellen kann.Bis jetzt funktioniert alles zuverlässig und ich würde die Klimaanlage wieder kaufen. Für den Preis meiner Meinung nach eine gute Wahl.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und guter Kundenservice
Für den Preis bin ich wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Klimaanlage erfüllt genau den Zweck, den ich mir erhofft habe.Die Kühlleistung ist gut. Natürlich sollte man keine Wunder erwarten – eine komplette Wohnung kann ein mobiles Klimagerät dieser Leistungsklasse nicht herunterkühlen. Für einzelne Räume wie Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer oder Arbeitszimmer reicht sie jedoch völlig aus und sorgt auch an heißen Tagen für eine deutlich angenehmere Temperatur.Die Inbetriebnahme war unkompliziert. Alle wichtigen Teile waren schnell montiert und das Gerät konnte direkt genutzt werden.Besonders positiv möchte ich den Kundenservice erwähnen. Eine Fensterdichtung wurde kostenlos nachgeliefert, was absolut problemlos funktioniert hat. So wünscht man sich einen Kundenservice.Während des Betriebs ist das Gerät natürlich hörbar, was bei mobilen Klimaanlagen mit Kompressor jedoch völlig normal ist. Mich persönlich stört das nicht, insbesondere da die Kühlleistung überzeugt.Auch die Verarbeitung macht insgesamt einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Die Rollen erleichtern das Verschieben und die Bedienung über das Display sowie den Timer funktioniert intuitiv.Für den Preis erhält man ein rundes Gesamtpaket, das im Alltag zuverlässig seinen Dienst verrichtet.Fazit:Gute Kühlleistung, fairer Preis, unkomplizierte Bedienung und ein wirklich kundenfreundlicher Service. Wer eine mobile Klimaanlage für einzelne Räume sucht, macht hier meiner Meinung nach nichts falsch.
Efficient.
It's a great air conditioner. My bedroom had temps of 31 with this air cond set on 25 to 26 it achieved these temps in about one hour. It is noisy 67db. 9000btu. The control panel on front is not an illuminated one, only for the mode , it's a bit flimsy. The only complaint l have is the remote control doesn't work in conjunction with the AC so l switch the controls manually. The fan is very good and a lot quieter than the AC cooler. All in all a good product. I bought it after a lot of research and reading other reviews. Cost used 299 euros, mint condition, box had been opened. Delivered to Italy from Austria in 3 days...marvellous. Delivered to garden gate and not my ground floor flat. An insulator was added to extraction hose and helped reduce heat. The hose 1.5m reaches up to my high window. Would buy again, comes with guarantee.
Zuverlässiges - nicht ganz so leises Produkt - aber absolut konkurrenzfähig für den Preis
Gutes Produkt. Läuft gut und wie beschreiben. Natürlich sollte sie leiser sein, aber der Motor und Kompressor können wohl nicht stärker gedämpft werden. Leicht zu bedienen und eine echte Alternative gegenüber den Kopfkühlern, die nur die klate Luft nach Oben verströmen können. Ich bin zufrieden.
Absolut enttäuschend, keine Empfehlung
Ich habe diese mobile Klimaanlage für knapp 300 € gekauft und bin ehrlich gesagt schockiert, wie schlecht das Gesamtpaket ausfällt.Das größte Problem ist die Kühlleistung. Trotz der beworbenen 9000 BTU schafft es das Gerät in meinem etwa 20 m² großen Raum nicht einmal, die Temperatur spürbar zu senken. Von den versprochenen Leistungswerten merkt man in der Praxis so gut wie nichts. Selbst nach mehreren Stunden Betrieb war der Raum höchstens minimal kühler. Eine Absenkung um 3 °C war nicht erreichbar.Dazu kommt die Lautstärke. Das Gerät ist derart laut, dass an entspanntes Fernsehen, Arbeiten oder gar Schlafen kaum zu denken ist. Die Herstellerangaben wirken auf mich völlig unrealistisch. Sobald der Kompressor läuft, wird es regelrecht ohrenbetäubend.Auch das mitgelieferte Zubehör ist eine Zumutung. Die Verarbeitung wirkt billig und wenig durchdacht. Besonders ärgerlich ist die Fensterabdichtung. Diese scheint eher für amerikanische Schiebefenster konzipiert zu sein und ist für viele in Europa übliche Fenster praktisch unbrauchbar. Wer seine Produkte auf dem europäischen Markt verkaufen möchte, sollte auch passendes Zubehör für europäische Fenster beilegen.Insgesamt hinterlässt das Gerät einen sehr unfertigen Eindruck. Für einen Preis von fast 300 € hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet – sowohl bei der Kühlleistung als auch bei der Verarbeitungsqualität und dem Zubehör.Fazit: Schlechte Kühlleistung, extrem laut, minderwertiges Zubehör und ein miserables Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde ich nicht noch einmal kaufen.
Gutes Gerät
Ist an sich ganz gut. Allerdings ist es schon sehr laut und die angegebenen 33m2 kühlt es definitiv nicht. Der Kundenservice ist recht schnell und hilfsbereit.
Sehr gute Kühlleistung und vielseitig einsetzbar
Wir sind mit der mobilen Klimaanlage wirklich sehr zufrieden! Sie funktioniert einwandfrei und bietet mehrere praktische Funktionen: Ventilator, Klimaanlage und Entfeuchter. Besonders die Kühlleistung ist super – selbst im F1-Modus bei 24 °C wird der Raum angenehm kühl.Wir nutzen sie auch in unserem relativ großen Wohnzimmer und selbst dort funktioniert sie sehr gut. Gerade an heißen Sommertagen macht sie den Alltag dadurch deutlich angenehmer.Für sehr geräuschempfindliche Menschen könnte sie eventuell etwas zu laut sein, aber insgesamt empfinden wir sie als angenehm leise, besonders für eine mobile Klimaanlage.Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden sie definitiv weiterempfehlen!
Top Service - nach Verspätung & Lieferung wurde mir die sehr gute Klimaanlage umsonnst überlassen
Ich habe den Artikel vor 3 Wochen bestellt. Nachdem der Artikel vom Paketdienstleister nicht geliefert wurde, habe ich mich an das Service Team gewendet und sie haben umgehend mit dem Dienstleister gesprochen und ein schnelle Lieferung stand in Aussicht. Kurz darauf wurde mein Paket als verschollen gemeldet und der gesamte Betrag für den Kauf wurde Zurückerstattet. Vor 3 Tagen kam das Paket dann trotzdem der Dienstleister mit dem Paket.Die Anlage war gut verpackt und wurde übrigens aufrecht geliefert. Ich habe die Klimaanlage ausgepackt und die Installation war sehr gut beschrieben und deshalb recht leicht. Nach den ersten kurzen Einsätzen bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden, geradezu begeistert. Die Kühlleistung ist für meine Zwecke gut und der Raum wird spürbar angenehmer. Das ist natürlich keine Spli-Klimaanlage, sondern eine mobile, deshalb ist die Kühlleistung auch eine andere, aber aus meiner Sicht kühlt diese Anlage, unter diesen Voraussetzungen wunderbar.Natürlich ist eine mobile Klimaanlage nicht lautlos, aber die Lautstärke empfinde ich als absolut in Ordnung. Bis jetzt kann ich nicht mehr sagen, außer dass das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis großartig ist.Ich stand die gesamte Zeit mit dem Service des Verkäufers in Verbindung und hatte jetzt das Problem ein wunderbares Gerät zu haben und eine Rückerstattung bekommen zu haben. Leider ließ sich das nicht ohne weiteres lösen, allerdings hatte das Service Team noch einen besonderen Bonus und hat mir die Klimaanlage so überlassen.
