Gutes Futter, aber der Preis bleibt im Hals stecken
Als Vine-Produkt war die Neugier groß – und mein Hund hat das Ente-Trockenfutter direkt und ohne Überzeugungsarbeit angenommen, was schon mal ein gutes Zeichen ist. Die Zutatenliste liest sich wirklich ordentlich: getreidefrei, kein Schnickschnack, 50 % Fleischanteil laut Hersteller. Ob das der Realität entspricht, kann ich nicht prüfen – ich muss den Angaben vertrauen, und die klingen zumindest plausibel. Verträglichkeit war bislang kein Thema.Was mich etwas nachdenklich macht: Die Marke ist neu und bislang kaum bekannt, und wer ein bisschen googelt, stellt fest, dass dahinter offenbar ein Unternehmen steckt, das primär Marken aufbaut und skaliert – nicht unbedingt ein klassischer Futterhersteller mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung. Das muss nichts bedeuten, ist aber ein Aspekt, den man im Hinterkopf behalten sollte.Die Kroketten sind sehr klein – für einen mittelgroßen oder großen Hund vermutlich suboptimal, für kleine Rassen dagegen passend. Und dann ist da noch der Preis: Über 13 Euro pro Kilogramm für Trockenfutter ist eine Ansage. Für den Alltag würde ich das nicht dauerhaft als alleiniges Futter einsetzen wollen.✅ Wurde sofort und ohne Beimischung akzeptiert✅ Getreidefrei, keine künstlichen Zusätze✅ Zutatenliste macht einen seriösen Eindruck✅ Gut verträglich✅ Gut geeignet für kleine Hunderassen❌ Sehr hoher Preis für Trockenfutter❌ Marke und Hersteller kaum bekannt, wenig Transparenz❌ Krokettenformat eher für kleine Hunde – für mittlere und große Rassen weniger geeignet❌ Qualitätsversprechen lässt sich als Endverbraucher nicht verifizieren
my dog loves it
I was looking for a new, high-quality, grain-free dry food for my dog who has a sensitive stomach. I decided to try this one from Lovira with 50% duck, and it has been fantastic for him. Duck is a great protein source that he tolerates well. He really enjoys the taste of the kibble, and wanted me to open the bag for him as soon as it arrived. It is small in size, so is great for small breads too.
Trockenfutter mit eher kleiner Körnung und fraglicher Herkunft
Das Trockenfutter sieht normal aus, riecht nicht unangenehm und wird von meinen Hunden gerne gefressen, das ist aber noch kein Qualitätsmerkmal, da meine Drei nahezu alles fressen, was ihnen zwischen die Zähne kommt.Auffällig ist der sehr professionelle Auftritt der für mich bislang komplett unbekannten Marke Lovira, die bei Google mehr Modeschmuck und sonstiges liefert, als Hundefutter.Auf der Suche nach dem Hersteller landet man bei einer Software-Firma (auf den ersten Blick) aus Warschau/Polen, auf deren Internetseite man dann erfährt, dass sie auch in weiteren Bereichen tätig ist, und das für mich herauslesbare Hauptziel ist der Aufbau neuer Marken und starkes Marketing. Aha.Das macht dieses Futter per se nicht schlecht, es fehlt mir auch die Möglichkeit, dies zu untersuchen – ich habe aber eine Probe an eine befreundete Tierärztin weitergeleitet, die selbst wiederum Kontakt zu einem Futterlabor hat. Ich bin gespannt, ob es eine interessante Rückmeldung gibt.Für deutlich über 10€/kg für Trockenfutter bleibe ich lieber bei etablierten Marken. Es mag unfair klingen, aber mehr als 3 Sterne sind für mich hier nicht drin.
Sehr teures Trockenfutter
Tatsächlich mögen es beide unserer Hunde, und das sogar direkt, also ohne es anderem Futter beizumischen. Trotzdem würde ich es aufgrund des doch sehr hohen Preises nicht allein füttern, sondern es zu anderem Futter dazu geben. Dafür ist mir das Futter am Ende doch zu teuer. Irgendwo ist auch einmal Schluss.Sehr gut gefällt mir, dass das Futter getreidefrei ist und einen Fleischanteil von 50 % besitzt, wie der Hersteller angibt. Die Zutatenliste liest sich sehr gut. Wenn das alles stimmt, wäre ich glücklich. Leider kann ich das nicht nachprüfen und muss den Angaben des Herstellers vertrauen.Die Pellets sind sehr klein, wie man auf dem Foto erkennen kann. Damit eignet es sich natürlich auch für sehr kleine Hunde.Unsere Hunde vertragen dieses Futter sehr gut und ich würde es vermutlich wieder bestellen, wenn der Preis nicht so hoch wäre.
