    Das Geschirr kam bei meinen Gästen super an und wurde sehr gelobt. Ich hatte auf einigen Tellern kleine Spuren, die wahrscheinlich bei der Produktion entstanden sind. Diese haben mich gestört, weil ich sehr pingelig bin bei solchen Angelegeheiten, aber der Kundendienst war perfekt. Sie antworten sehr schnell und sind bemüht die Kunden zufriedenzustellen. Dadurch dass ich das Geschirr dringend benötigt habe, wollte ich sie trotz der Spuren behalten und der Kundendienst hat mir ein Preisnachlass gewährt. Nicht selbstverständlich und super zuvorkommend! Auf jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen!

    Ce service à vaisselle est intéressant car les éléments qui le composent offre des multiples possibilités de services grâce à ces dimensions et ces volumes. Exemple, les bols à soupe peuvent servir aussi bien pour une salade ou des crudités, les assiettes à soupe conviennent très bien pour servir des pâtes ou un couscous. La céramique est de bonne qualité. Certaines irrégularités lui donne un aspect artisanal sympa. Un service polyvalent qui présente bien en toute circonstance pour un prix très raisonnable. Personnellement je suis très satisfait de l'achat. La livraison c'est bien passée et le service était parfaitement bien emballé. Mérite 5 étoiles
