Toller Topf. Sehr edel. Sehr schlicht. Sehr funktionell.Der Deckel lässt sich gut ablegen, rollt nicht weg. Deckelgriff wird heiß, weil er aus Edelstahl ist. Da kommt der Topflappen zum Einsatz oder es gibt Silikon-Schutzhüllen.Der Boden ist plan. Das war bei meinem alten Topf nicht (mehr) so. Da hatte ich oft den kalten Topf oder sogar Topf samt Inhalt direkt aus dem Kühlschrank auf dem höchste Stufe gegeben. Jetzt wärme ich Topf und Inhalt kurz an bevor ich auf Höchsttemperatur gehe. Scheint gut für den Topf zu sein.

Ein solider Topf mit guter Verarbeitung. Er wird schnell heiß, die Griffe bleiben angenehm und der Deckel sitzt gut. Ideal für Suppen, Nudeln oder Gemüse. Für den Preis wirklich eine gute Qualität.

Solider, gut verarbeiteter Edelstahltopf für kleine Portionen
Der Florina‑Topf ist sauber verarbeitet, erhitzt gleichmäßig und funktioniert zuverlässig auf Induktion, Gas, Elektro und Ceran. Mit 14 cm Durchmesser und 1,3 L Fassungsvermögen eignet er sich perfekt für kleine Gerichte, Saucen oder das schnelle Aufwärmen. Der Glasdeckel bietet gute Sicht, der Edelstahl ist pflegeleicht und spülmaschinengeeignet. Insgesamt ein kompakter, langlebiger Topf mit sehr gutem Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis.
Leider kein lebensmittelechter Cr-Ni-Edelstahl - sondern ein Manganstahl mit red. Ni-Gehalt
Leider KEIN Edelstahl des Typs 18/10 oder 18/8 (bzw. KEIN echter Chrom-Nickel-Stahl mit verschwindendem Mangangehalt) - sondern eben nur der typische Manganstahl (AISI 200/201/202, Cr–Mn–Ni-Stahl, mit mehr Mn und weniger Ni), d.h. das Material ist NICHT lebensmittelecht für das Kochen von sauren und/oder salzigen Speisen wie Brühen oder Marmeladen bzw. Gelees usw. Das läßt sich leicht mittels Testkit für solche Stähle herausfinden, die eine Lösung von Kupfersulfat, Amidosulfonsäure + Kochsalz enthalten. Die aufgebrachten Testtropfen auf der >> Innenseite << dieser Töpfe aus Manganstahl werden innerhalb von wenigen Minuten dunkelrot bis rotbraun durch Abscheidung von elementarem Kupfer im Austausch gegen die so gelösten unedlen Bestandteil aus dem Topf, wie Mangan. Wir haben das zunächst bestellte & gelieferte Doppelset dieser Töpfe (18 cm und 20 cm Durchmesser) nach dem Test an Amazon wieder zurückgesandt und danach echte Edelstahltöpfe bestellt (die sind etwas teurer). Bei den anderen Töpfen hat der Edelstahltest (bei echtem 18/10-Edelstahl) dann definitiv keine Verfärbungen der Prüftropfen des chem. Testkits auf der Innenseite der Töpfe mehr ergeben. Also Vorsicht, bei dem was man sich anschafft zum Kochen.
Leichter, schnell anlaufender Topf
Vorweg: Topf wurde noch nicht benutzt.Der Topf selber läuft sehr schnell an, was die Funktion nicht beeinträchtigt, jedoch unschön aussieht. Ansonsten ist der Topf recht leicht, was gut ist, da dieser auf Reisen mitgenommen werden soll.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente la calidad de esta cacerola Florina, es de acero inoxidable resistente y con un acabado elegante que luce genial en la cocina, los 4,8 litros son ideales para preparar desde sopas y guisos hasta pasta para varias personas sin problema, la tapa de cristal es muy práctica porque permite ver el proceso de cocción sin destapar y conserva bien el calor, funciona perfectamente en inducción y la base distribuye el calor de manera uniforme, además es ligera para lo robusta que es y fácil de limpiar tanto a mano como en lavavajillas, una opción muy completa si buscas una olla duradera y polivalente. No pesa nada y es el mejor material, el más seguro y resistente para la cocina.
