    Schon besser als billige Mühlen, aber für meinen Geschmack muss man zuviel Kraft aufwenden und sie dreht sich auch nicht "flüssig". Naja, WMF war auch mal besser.

    Absolut empfehlenswert. Die WMF Deluxe Salz- und Pfeffermühle überzeugt mit einer sehr hochwertigen Verarbeitung und liegt gut in der Hand. Der Mahlgrad lässt sich in guten Stufen einstellen, auch wenn eine noch feinere Einstellung wünschenswert wäre. Sie mahlt zuverlässig und sorgt für ein perfektes Mahlergebnis. Ein insgesamt sehr gutes Produkt, das seinen Preis wert ist und in keiner Küche fehlen sollte.

    An sich ist die Pfeffermühle ganz ok.Doch ich bekomme diese Mühle nicht zum nachfüllen geöffnet. Mein Mann muss mir immer dabei helfen. Ich denke nicht, dass es Sinnvoll ist den Rand vom Drehverschluss der Mühle so schmal zu haben. Ich habe nicht genug Kraft um den schmalen Rand zum öffnen zu drehen. Bei mir bewegt sich nur das Mahlwerk.Update:Nach gerade mal 3 Monaten ist die Mühle unbrauchbar. Die Öffnung des Glasbehälters ist abgebrochen und das Teil mit dem Gewinde steckt weiterhin im Gewinde des Keramikmahlwerks fest.Das Gewinde ist bei der Nutzung zu stark beansprucht. Bei der Nutzung verwendet man automatisch den Behälter mit zum mahlen und diese Beanspruchung hatte gestern Abend zum Versagen des Materials geführt.Die Mühle lässt sich schlecht nur mit dem 1 cm schmalem Ring zum mahlen nutzen.

    Llevo más de un año usando este molino WMF y ha sido una excelente compra. Busqué mucho tiempo un molinillo capaz de lidiar con el cardamomo, que al ser una especia dura (similar a la pimienta) requiere un mecanismo realmente resistente. Este molino cumple perfectamente: la molienda es constante, precisa y permite extraer todo el aroma y sabor para mis preparaciones diarias de kéfir, fruta, postres y café. Si buscas un molino que no solo sea elegante, sino que realmente aguante el uso rudo con especias difíciles, no busques más. ¡Totalmente satisfecho!
