Bin sehr zufrieden
Liegt gut in der Hand. Messer ist scharf und schneidet gut.
WMF Classic, sehr handlich
besitze mehrere Kochmesser, auch hochwertige. Aber dieses ist einfach phantastisch, liegt sehr gut in der Hand, ist nicht zu schwer und ist extrem scharf im Auslieferungszustand. Außerdem mag ich die Klingenlänge, mit der sich fast alle Arbeiten in der Küche erledigen lassen.Es ist diesem Messer gelungen, zu meiner Nummer eins zu werden.Erwähnenswert ist noch der gute Service von Amazon, nachdem die Erstlieferung nicht angekommen ist, habe ich sofort eine Ersatzlieferung bekommen.
Spezialklingenstahl?
Spezialklingenstahl? Langzeitgebrauch: Messer verliert schnell seine Schärfe. Klinge etwas dünn. Alte WMF-Messer waren einfach besser.

Als ich das Messer geliefert bekam, war ich etwas enttäuscht.Das Messer steckte in einer einfachen, etwas eingestaubten Plastikhülle...Aber was soll's? Geschnitten wird mit dem Messer und nicht mit der Lieferverpackung.Das Messer liegt durch den ergonomischen Griff super in der Hand und lässt sich super führen.Das Produkt kam scharf an und ist von wirklich guter Qualität.Das Design ist schön klassisch ohne viel drum rum oder Schnickschnack.Fazit: Klassisches Messer in super Qualität zu einem angemessenen Preis.

Dieses Messer sollte in keiner Küche fehlen. In einer Service-Sendung im TV wurde dieses Messer als sehr gut befunden. Ich bin begeistert von dem Teil. ACHTUNG! Das Messer ist sehr scharf und sollte immer in einen Messerblock aufbewahrt werden. So verlängert man auch die Haltbarkeit!
Kompaktes Kochmesser
liegt gut in der Hand, Klinge sehr scharf. Griff ist einfach aber angenehm, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Very comfortable to use
Used perfectly for about 2years. It needs sharpening. However, it's very comfortable to hold in hand and is a decent size. 4 star goes due to the short life cycle.
