cucino molto (non a livello professionale, ma quasi) e mi sono innamorato del design diversi mesi fa, poi a Vienna l'ho provato nel negozio ufficiale di WMF e ho deciso che non potevo più vivere senza.Ha una lama bella spessa che durante i tagli la trovo perfetta. la impugnature su lama è COMODISSIMA e se pur un filo pesante, il coltello, è perfettamente bilanciato.se volete un bel coltello, bello affilato con un buon acciaio, compratelo... ne rimarrete soddisfatti.
