    Die Messer sind ziemlich scharf. Gerade, wenn man es von günstigeren Messern gewohnt ist, ist das doch überraschend. Mit den schärferen Messern wird das Schneiden von Gemüse beispielsweise einfacher und fühlt sich anders an. Bei diesem Messerblock gibt es in den Rezensionen gemischte Meinungen. Ich hatte vorher keinen Messerblock. Meine Messer lagen immer bei dem Besteck und man musste immer ein wenig aufpassen, dass man sich beim Herausholen nicht schneidet. Hier ist der Messerblock sehr praktisch. Meiner macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Einige bemängeln, dass die Löcher für die Messer zu groß sind. Das stimmt, und das hat mich am Anfang auch sehr verwundert. Im Alltag fällt das allerdings nicht besonders auf. Ich vermute, dass die Löcher größer sind, damit man die Messer schnell wieder in den Messerblock platzieren kann, ohne dass jeder Millimeter eine Rolle spielt.

    Messer liegen gut in der Hand und sind sehr scharf. Messerblock ist ok, Messer lassen sich etwas ungewohnt einstecken. Horizontal anstatt vertikal.

    Ein Messerset incl Messerblock von hoher Wertigkeit. Nach über 2 Jahren Nutzung sind die Klingen immer noch suuuper scharf‼️Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand und bereiten bei Gebrauch Freude. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung, meine uneingeschränkte Kaufemfehlung. Dafür 5*****👍

    I bought in August. After 2 months, all knifes has corrosion on the blades. Maker information and WMF logo, disappearing from one knife. Looks like not original WMF or WMF's quality going down. We used our previous WMF set for 7 years, without any signs of corrosion...
