Top Qualität, auch wenn sie nicht so aussehen
Diese Messer machen einen recht unscheinbaren Eindruck, aber sie schneiden sehr gut und sind inzwischen meine Lieblingsmesser für fast alles. Einfach universal. Es gibt sie mit glattem Schliff wie hier und mit Wellenschliff. Ich habe inzwischen beide Arten von Victorinox. Es sind nicht die billigsten, aber sie sind wirklich ihr Geld wert und deshalb meine Empfehlung.
Scharfe und handliche Gemüsemesser
Nachdem wir bereits einige Jahres mehrere dieser Victorinox Swiss Classic Gemüsemesser besaßen, habe ich nun zwei weitere im Doppelpack nachgekauft. Sie erhalten hier zwei Messer der Klingenform "mittelspitz", was leider nicht im Produkttitel oder der Produktbeschreibung erwähnt wird aber auf dem Bild zu erkennen ist.Kurzbeurteilung:(+) Handliche Größe und ergonomischer Griff(+) Sehr gute Schärfe(+) Nach Abnutzung gut nachschärfbarDie Messer aus dieser Serie haben einen leicht geschwungenen ergonomischen Griff, der gut in der Hand liegt. Ich persönlich bevorzuge zum Schneiden von Gemüse und Obst eher kleinere Messer, so dass ich mit der Klingenlänge von 8,5 cm sehr gut klarkomme. Außerdem gefällt mir die leicht nach oben geschwungene Form der Schneide ("mittelspitz") besser als eine gerade oder nach unten gebogene Klinge. Letztere ist eher zum Schälen geeignet.Erfahrungsgemäß sind die Klingen dieser Messerserie sehr scharf und so wurden wir auch bei diesem Nachkauf nicht enttäuscht.Wir schneiden damit täglich alle Art von Obst, Ingwer, Gemüse usw. Die Klinge bleibt erfreulich lange scharf aber kann bei entsprechender Abnutzung auch gut nachgeschärft werden. Mit unserem WMF-Schärfer erreichen wir dann wieder eine ganz brauchbare Schärfe. Die entspricht zwar nicht der Schärfe im Auslieferungszustand aber ist immer noch vollkommen ausreichend für alle unsere Anwendungsfälle.Die Messer überstehen auch das Reinigen im Geschirrspüler ohne Blessuren. Der Griff unseres viele Jahre alten (grünen) Messers sieht immer noch neuwertig aus. Der Kunststoff ist bisher nicht verblasst oder verfärbt.Fazit:Bei einem Preis von unter 8 € für zwei Stück (!) erhalten diese Messer aus der Victorinox Swiss Classic Gemüsemesser-Serie meine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung. Für alle diejenigen, die eher etwas größere Messer bevorzugen, gibt es übrigens auch eine Variante mit einer 10 cm langen Klinge.

Gute und scharfe Schneidteufel
Hab sie für 3,33 geschossen da sie in Gelb wohl keiner wollte.Jeden Cent davon wert, sehr scharf, scheinen ihre schärfe auch gut zu halten.Gibt nichts zu beanstanden, nutze sie gerne zum Schneiden von Obst oder Schälen von Gemüse.Gewohnte Victorinox- Qualität eben, auch für den ganzen schmalen Taler.
