Klare Kaufempfehlung – hervorragende Victorinox-Qualität zu einem fairen Preis
Dieses kleine Messerset hat mich wirklich überrascht. Obwohl die Messer recht kompakt sind, gehören sie inzwischen zu den meistgenutzten Werkzeugen in unserer Küche.Die Klingen sind extrem scharf und schneiden mühelos durch Obst, Gemüse, Brötchen oder andere Lebensmittel. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Kombination aus glatter Klinge und Wellenschliff. So hat man für nahezu jede Alltagssituation direkt das passende Messer zur Hand. Tomaten, Paprika oder Brötchen lassen sich mit dem Wellenschliff sauber schneiden, während das Messer mit glatter Klinge ideal zum Schälen und für präzise Arbeiten geeignet ist.Die Messer liegen angenehm in der Hand und sind durch ihr geringes Gewicht sehr komfortabel zu verwenden. Gerade bei längeren Vorbereitungsarbeiten merkt man, wie ergonomisch sie gestaltet sind. Die Verarbeitung ist typisch Victorinox: sauber, hochwertig und auf Langlebigkeit ausgelegt.Was mich besonders überzeugt hat, ist die Schnitthaltigkeit. Auch nach vielen Einsätzen sind die Messer noch sehr scharf und schneiden deutlich besser als viele deutlich teurere Küchenmesser, die ich in der Vergangenheit verwendet habe.Durch die kompakte Größe sind sie perfekt für alltägliche Arbeiten in der Küche geeignet. Egal ob Obst für die Kinder, Gemüse fürs Abendessen oder das schnelle Aufschneiden eines Brötchens – die Messer sind ständig im Einsatz.Für mich stimmt hier einfach alles: Qualität, Schärfe, Handhabung und Preis. Wer zuverlässige Küchenmesser für den täglichen Gebrauch sucht, macht mit diesem Set definitiv nichts falsch.
Immer wieder super. Achtung, echt scharf!
Wir lieben die Victorinox Messer! Sie sind lange scharf, liegen gut in der Hand, können ohne Probleme in den Geschirrspüler (zumindest meiner Meinung nach :D). Die Zackenmesser mag ich am liebsten, ebenso den Sparschäler mit Zacken, damit kriegt man alles wunderbar geschält.
Sehr Scharf
Diese Messer sind sehr Scharf,ich habe gewellten und gerade Schliff davon. Wenn man sie gut behandelt ,bleiben sie sehr lange Scharf. Mein erstes davon ist ca 20 Jahre Alt und noch immer sehr Scharf. Ich kann nur eine klare Kaufempfehlung abgeben.

Schöne, scharfe Messer. Handlich spülmaschinenfest, und langlebig. Der Griff fühlt sich gut an, liegt beim Arbeiten gut in der Hand, kein bissiges Plastik. Preislich für die Qualität ok, Dick wäre mir lieber gewesen, hatte aber gerade kein Set mit Wellenschliff und glatter Klinge.

Halten sich sehr lange scharf
Haben schon lange kleine Messer von victorinox in der Küche im Gebrauch. Sie eignen sich super für zum Beispiel schneiden von Obst oder Gemüse, lassen sich leicht reinigen und sind wirklich sehr scharf.Es dauert wirklich sehr lange bis sie stumpf werden, schneiden sehr lange sehr gut.

Superscharf und äußerst schnitthaltig, für meine mittelgroßen Hände perfekte Form der Griffe. Der Preis ist dafür o.k. .Ohne Abstriche: Empfehlung

Excellent knives - be careful though they are incredibly sharp!!
They slice through anything that dares to get in their way.
I was just in the kitchen slicing tomatoes thinking how amazing these little knives are. Unfortunately while slicing my toms, and thinking how good they were it decided to prove it's worth and sliced through my thumb. So be careful, they are deceptively sharp They slice through tomatoes without squashing them and thumbs too. What's more, they stay sharp. I have 2 black ones I bought years ago and they are still brilliant. That's why I bought 2 more.
