    Sowohl die Tomatenmesser als auch einen Schäler von Victorinox benutzen wir schon viele Jahre im Haushalt. Da die Kinder inzwischen groß genug sind, dass sie auch Kartoffeln schälen können, brauchte ich Nachschub. Ich bin immer wieder von der guten Qualität begeistert.

    Den Schäler habe ich fast jeden Tag in Gebrauch er liegt gut in der Hand und ist scharf. Zum Messer kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich noch einige ähnliche habe, macht was es soll ;-) schneiden.

    Das Messer besitzt den legendären Wellenschliff und ist, so wie man es gewohnt ist, sau scharf.Es ist ein verdammt praktisches Messer, welches sich ideal zum Aufschneiden von Brötchen und zum schneiden von Tomaten und Co. eignet.Wir haben natürlich schon solche Messer und zum entschärfen wurde das eine oder andere auch mal in der Spülmaschine gespült. Bei uns sind es die am meisten benutzte Messer.Der Schäler sieht recht spartanisch aus und ich hatte Angst, dass der dünne Plastikrahmen zu schmal ausgefallen ist aber dieser ist dann doch recht stabil.Andere Griffe sind mir zwar lieber aber ich komme auch mit diesem Griff gut zurecht.Das Schälmesser ist ordentlich scharf und bisher lies sich alles gut schälen.Hier bekommt man zwei praktische Küchenhelfer in einer sehr guten Qualität und mit scharfen Klingen.
