Unglaublich scharf – mein bestes Messer ever!
Ich habe schon viele Küchenmesser ausprobiert, aber das Victorinox Swiss Classic Santokumesser spielt in einer ganz eigenen Liga.Schärfe & Schneidleistung:Dieses Messer ist rasiermesserscharf – und das dauerhaft! Gemüse, Fleisch, Brot – alles geht wie durch Butter. Sogar härtere Materialien wie Plastik (!) schneidet es mühelos, was mich absolut beeindruckt hat.Handhabung:Das Messer liegt perfekt in der Hand, ist hervorragend ausbalanciert und macht das Arbeiten in der Küche zum Vergnügen. Keine Ermüdung, kein Nachschärfen nötig – bisher hält die Klinge, was sie verspricht.Fazit:Für mich das beste Messer aller Zeiten. Wer Wert auf Präzision, Schärfe und Qualität legt, wird hier glücklich. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Sehr gutes Messer bin sehr zufrieden rostfrei und scharf
Scharf, handlich und perfekt für die Küche!
Das Victorinox Santokumesser hat meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die 17 cm lange Klinge ist rasiermesserscharf und gleitet mühelos durch Fleisch, Gemüse und Kräuter. Der Kullenschliff verhindert, dass das Schnittgut an der Klinge kleben bleibt – ein echter Vorteil beim feinen Schneiden.Der ergonomische Griff liegt sehr gut in der Hand und macht auch längeres Arbeiten angenehm. Die Verarbeitung ist, wie man es von Victorinox kennt, top. Auch nach mehreren Wochen intensiver Nutzung ist die Klinge immer noch scharf.Fazit: Wer ein vielseitiges, langlebiges und extrem scharfes Küchenmesser sucht, wird hier definitiv fündig. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
Super Messer, echt scharf und gut zu benutzen.
Das Messer ist einfach nur gut. Ich habe habe es gekauft obwohl ich eigentlich nur noch mit Keramikmessern arbeiten wollte, und bin komplett begeistert.Obwohl auf den Bildern der Griff etwas klein aussieht, kann man auch mit großen Händen wirklich sehr gut mit dem Messer arbeiten. Die klinge ist wirklich lange sehr scharf geblieben (etwa ein Jahr) trotz sehr regelmäßiger Benutzung ohne es übermäßig zu pflegen. Jetzt war es nur noch "scharf" also habe ich es damit bearbeitet https://www.amazon.de/dp/B001X5A998?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 und es war nach 2 mal drüber ziehen dicht an einer Rasierklinge.Wer ein Messer mit einem guten Preis/Leistung verhältnis sucht, ist hier wirklich gut beraten.

Das Victorinox Messer ist eines meiner Lieblingsmesser und das nicht ohne Grund. Die Klinge ist rasiermesserscharf und bleibt auch bei regelmäßiger Nutzung lange schneidfähig. Die Verarbeitung ist erstklassig – das Messer liegt gut in der Hand und fühlt sich robust und langlebig an. Die vielseitigen Funktionen machen es zu einem unverzichtbaren Begleiter im Alltag. Ob für kleine Reparaturen oder in der Küche, dieses Messer ist immer zuverlässig.
