    Hat alles gut geklappt.Wollte Jackfrucht mal probieren.Sie ist tatsächlich nicht schlecht als Hühnerfleischersatz, ich habe ein Curry draus gemacht.

    Ich habe die jackfrucht einmal als eine Art Frikassee zubereitet und einmal als Art Pollet Pork (wie ich es nenne - Tierliebes Pollet -) und es war super lecker mit der Frucht.

    Die Qualität der eingelegten Früchte ist ok, wenn auch ziemlich weich, was dem geplanten Einsatz als Fleischersatz nicht so sehr zu gute kommt. Die Frucht selbst ist praktisch geschmacksneutral und die Lake nicht zu salzhaltig. Hat man die Früchte leicht ausgepresst bleibt nicht allzu viel übrig. Dafür ist der Preis jedoch angemessen.
