    Eaten this fresh as a fruit years ago but it's great tinned too in pasta sauce, it really does have the texture of tender chicken but fortunately not the taste or smell of a chicken....now a vegetarian!! Jackfruit has huge health benefits! Suffered no allergens! Arrived undented and well packed/early. Thank you for selling on Amazon.co.uk
