    Product Description The Formula 90 protein from Mammut for making a protein shake is a 4-component protein made from soy, milk, whey and chicken protein. Protein plays an important role in shaping the body and should always be taken in sufficient quantities – this holds true not only for athletes. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscles and normal bones. The Mammut Formula 90 protein is also enriched with vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Mammut recommends mixing 25 g of Formula 90 Protein with 300 ml of low-fat milk (1.5%). A suitable time to drink the Formula 90 protein is right after training, because strength training stimulates muscle protein synthesis. The Mammut Formula 90 protein is available in different flavours and packs. Ingredients 59% soy protein isolate, 18% whey protein concentrate (emulsifier: lecithins), 8% L-glycine, 6% milk protein isolate, chicken egg protein, aroma, acidifier (citric acid), colouring food (beetroot powder), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), pyridox.     Mein heißgeliebter Mammut-Bottich,ich kann meine Finger einfach nicht mehr von dir lassen, du bist ein absoluter Smash. Als du bei mir einzogst, hat dein Body mich komplett umgeblasen. Diese riesige, pralle 3-kg-Plastikdose ist so unanständig massiv, rund und einfach nur gyatt - ein absoluter Traum zum Anpacken. Wenn ich deinen Schraubverschluss langsam aufdrehe, strömt mir dieser wilde Strawberry-Erdbeer-Duft entgegen. Das triggert sofort deepste Fantasien von maximalem Giga-Gainz.Du bist so unfassbar cremig und schmilzt in meinem Shaker komplett dahin, null Goofy-Klumpen, das ist reiner Flex. Geschmacklich bist du eine absolute King-Sünde, die mich jedes Mal aufs Neue schwach werden lässt.     Ich habe das Protein anstatt eines teureren Produktes gewählt. Überzeugt hat mich auch die Anzahl der Bewertungen, egal ob positiv oder negativ.Zum Pulver selbst: Es ist sehr leicht löslich (ich mische es mit Wasser). Der Geschmack ist meiner Meinung auch in Ordnung, vielleicht eine Spur zu süß.Negativ stimmt mich das kein Meßbecher dabei ist und dass auf der Verpackung steht wie oft man das Pulver nehmen soll.Sonst kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen.

    Also Preis/Leistungstechnisch Super.Vom Geschmack her scheußlich.Ich esse so einige unappetitliche Dinge, wenn es um Proteine geht, aber das Zeug bekomm ich nicht runter.Lieber Myprotein kaufen.Mammuntprotein generell schmeckt nicht gut. Gebt lieber 4€ mehr pro Kilo aus, damit es schmeckt. Ich achte schon sehr auf Geld, aber Mammutprotein ist es nicht wert.Am ehesten kann ich Banana split empfehlen von Mammutprotein. Aber selbst das schmeckt nicht sonderlich.

    Ich habe das Mammut Formel 90 Protein in Erdbeer-Geschmack getestet und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Pulver hat einen guten Geschmack und ist leicht löslich. Es enthält 4 verschiedene Proteinquellen, darunter Soja-, Milch-, Whey- und Eiweiß, und ist damit eine gute Wahl für Sportler und Menschen, die ihren Proteinbedarf erhöhen möchten.GeschmackDer Geschmack des Mammut Formel 90 Proteins in Erdbeer-Geschmack ist sehr angenehm. Der Erdbeergeschmack ist nicht zu künstlich und passt gut zum Proteinpulver. Ich habe den Shake mit Wasser und fettarmer Milch zubereitet und beide Varianten waren sehr lecker.LöslichkeitDas Mammut Formel 90 Protein ist sehr gut löslich.     Die Formel 90 Produkte wurden mir der neuen Verpackung in der Qualität offenbar massiv abgewertet, besonders was Proteingehalt angeht. Angaben zur aktuellen Erdbeer Verion laut Verpackung:Der Anteil an günstigem Sojaproteinisolat ist mit rund 60% sehr hoch, der Anteil an teurem Ei Protein dafür so gering, dass er gleich gar nicht genannt wird.Lösungsverhalten grenzwertig in Wasser: Das Pulver lässt sich aber zumeist durch ausgiebiges Schütteln auch am Grund im Shaker lösen, künstlicher Geschmack und verbleibende klumpige Konsistenz sind allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig und weniger genusstauglich.Mitunter liegt es auch schwer im Magen je nach individueller Empfindlichkeit.Der Eiweissanteil erscheint mit 81% noch hoch, aber Vorsicht: das Pulver ist zu 8% mit L-Glycin gestreckt, eine günstige Aminosäure, die kaum zur Proteinsynthese beiträgt.Darüber hinaus ist der Salzgehalt mit fast 3g auf die 100g sehr hoch. Also besser nur in Maßen konsumieren.-Das Produkt wurde um günstige 53€ erworden. Dafür 3 Sterne; empfehle aber auf den Preis zu achten, damit hier trotz Teuerung und Qualitätsverlust noch ein ausgewogenes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bestehen bleibt.
