Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Das Messer ist viel schärfer als meine restlichen Classic Line Messer. Allerdings ist die Verpackung des Messers unmöglich. Das Messer ist lediglich mit Kunststoff geschützt, das mit Kabelbindern an ein dünnes Stück Pappe gebunden ist. Durch die Schärfe des Messers war der Kunststoff größtenteils zerschnitten. Die Kabelbinder waren so eng an den Messergriff gezurrt, dass einige Vorsicht von Nöten war, um den Messergriff beim Zerschneiden nicht zu beschädigen.Die Verarbeitung und Schärfe des Messers sind für diesen Preis ausgezeichnet.

It would be nice to have a sheath for storing. Doesn’t fit in my knife block.It’s ok for the price.
Qualität zum Spottpreis
Dieses Messer ist aus einem sehr harten und zähen Spezialstahl, aus dem auch sehr (!) viel teurere Messer gemacht werden. Wenn man in der Lage ist, das Messer selbst nachzuschleifen, hat man ein echtes Schnäppchen gemacht. Die dünne Klinge (und damit das geringe Gewicht) ist in meinen Augen ein Vorteil. Es erleichtert auch das Nachschleifen ungemein, wenn nicht soviel Material abgetragen werden muss.

Kampanyalı fiyattan aldım yani üst düzey bir bıçak değil ancak 2019 şu son günlerinde bu tarih için max 100 tl fiyata kadar alınabilecek fiyat/performans ürünü diyebilirim. Bıçağın dengesi iyi malzeme paslanmaya karşı dayanıklı özellikle bıcakları yıkadıktan sonra kurutma bezi ile silinmediği zaman damlacıklar ize dönüşebiliyor en azından böylesi bir durum bu bıçakta olmayacak gibi tabii silinmeden yerine kaldırmıyoruz. Ancak bıçakta bir tokluk çelik hissi yok malzemesi çelik elbet ancak elde wmf kalitesinin hissini vermiyor yalnız keskinlik, denge iyi doğru kullanıldığında uzun ömürlü olacağını düşünüyorum.6 aylık yoğun kullanımdan sonra eklemek istediklerim keskinliğinden hiçbirşey kaybetmedi ilk günkü keskinliğinde.
