muss man mal gemacht heben!
hab äpfel beim nachbarn geschnorrt (sorte unbekannt, ist seit august reif, rote große feste äpfel, bissl säuerlich) so eine babybadewanne voll würd ich schätzen und unsere restlichen gelben weintrauben (so 5kilo ca.), äpfel alle geviertelt, mit dem pürierstab groß zerkleinert und dann alle zutaten wie in der anleitung, die in deutscher sprache per email nachkam dazugegeben. die original anleitung ist auf polnisch und englisch. 2 tage später grob durchgesiebt und durch ein tuchgedrückt und den deckel wieder drauf gemach (18liter). nach 2 wochen abgefüllt und lecker cider geschlürft. war wirklich sehr einfach. hab mir noch schnell die übersetzung der tütchen im internet besorgt (die waren leider nur auf polnisch) beschriftet aber das tat dem spass keinen abbruch. ich hab jetzt 16 flaschen cider im kühlschrank und der nachbar hat auch eine abbekommen.von der verarbeitung kann man nichts negatives berichten. war alles komplett wie angegeben und heil geliefert worden. der behälter schließt dicht ab und tropft nicht. auch diese messspindel erreichte mich unbeschadet. wozu der rote stopfen ist weiß ich leider bis heute nicht, evtl. der filter, kann mir aber nicht vorstellen wie der funktioniert. ich hab halt naturtrüben cider, wer will kann sich ja weinklärmittel dazu bestellen, hat mulitdepot auch im angebot.also, alles top. werde mir jetzt noch mal hefe ect. nachbestellen und ne 2. runde ansetzen:Dalso lasst euch nicht abschrecken nur weil ihr der polischen sprache nicht mächtig seit- klare kaufempfehlung!
Alles in Allem solide
Bisher alles super, großzügiges Set, viel Zubehör und scheint stabil. Nur das Saccharometer ist aus unglaublich dünnem Glas, es ist bei erster Berührung zerbrochen…

Ich hatte das Produkt für die Herstellung von Apfelwein gekauft. Lieder waren die mitgelieferten Artikel alle in Polnisch. Ich spreche zwar 5 Sprachen, aber dann sollte irgenwas beidliegen, das ich z.B. als Hefe erkennen kann.Der Gäreimer ist klasse zur Maischegärung allermöglichen Weine
Das beste Anfängerset in Preis/Leistung
Nach einigen Monaten nach dem Kauf und einigen Flaschen selbstgemachten Cider kann ich sagen dass sich dieses Set auf jeden Fall lohnt. Habe es mir geht weil ich noch unerfahren in diesem Bereich war und es erstmal ausprobieren wollte. Es war So ziemlich alles notwendige enthalten um leckeren cider aus selbstgepressten Äpfeln herzustellen.Der einzige Negativpunkt ist die polnische Beschriftung auf allen Verpackungen, die allerdings nach ein bisschen Google Sinn macht.

Haben mit diesem Set unseren ersten Versuch Apfel-Cider herzustellen gemacht.Lief super. Hat sehr gut geschmeckt.Wir sind begeistert.
Aucune notice en francais.
Ayant beaucoup de pomme sur mon pommier je me suis dit : pourquoi ne pas les transformer en cidre. N' ayant aucune connaissances dans ce domaine je me suis penché sur un kit complet contenant les produits nécessaires ainsi que les explications pour fabriquer ce cidre.Après avoir déballé le produit , quelle ne fut pas ma surprise .Aucune explication en français .Une vague notice en anglais et en allemand aucun schéma ni nomenclature et des produits en polonais uniquement .Un bouchon rouge essayé dans tous les trous possibles, quelle est son utilité ?. En faisant le tour sur internet j ai pu me faire une vague idée de comment faire mais certainement pas grâce a ce kit .Le seul point positif est la qualité des matériaux qui me semble bonne .
