Un très beau couteau
Superbe toute la tradition japonaise . Un super couteau pour un prix agréable.
What a beautiful knife!
The knife came in perfectly packaged -- and it is stunning. Not a single blemish in sight. Of course, it is super sharp. I also got a good deal from Zwilling Canada. I would not recommend buying this product (or any Zwilling product for that matter) at full price.It took me a long time to decide which brand/collection to start my premium knife collection with, and I'm very happy I chose Miyabi Black. The beautiful raw wood means I won't be abusing the knife anytime soon, but I have other knives for that purpose. IMHO, the sujihiki is the best looking knife shape.

見た目より軽く、切れ味は文句無しでした！普段使っている包丁に比べ、持ち手が少し滑る感じがあり、慣れるのに時間を要しそうですが、それ以外は何も言う事無しです！
