Ich kann den ZWILLING Professional S Messerblock uneingeschränkt empfehlen - selbst wenn ich mir schon einmal in den Finger geschnitten habe. Das 8-teilige Set enthält eine Vielzahl von hochwertigen Messern, die für alle Arten von Schneidaufgaben in der Küche geeignet sind.Die Messer sind aus hochwertigem Edelstahl gefertigt und haben eine lange Lebensdauer. Sie sind auch sehr scharf und behalten ihre Schärfe auch nach längerem Gebrauch. Der Messerblock ist auch sehr robust und bietet eine sichere Aufbewahrung für die Messer.Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem ZWILLING Professional S Messerblock und würde ihn jedem empfehlen, der nach einem hochwertigen und zuverlässigen Messerset sucht. Der Preis mag etwas höher sein, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall für die Qualität und Langlebigkeit der Messer.

..hat sich leider nach ca. 1Jahr aus dem Schaft gelöst. Einklopfen und kleben half nicht! (Lösung siehe Foto) Das kleine Pickmesser war stumpf und schnitt nicht gut. Ich habe es ersetzt. Ich habe das Set nun schon einige Jahre und bin imer noch sehr zufrieden mit den übrigen Messern. Auch das Ersatzmesser schneidet einwandfrei.

Great set of sharp knives, well balanced, quality feel. Takes a bit of getting used to a supplied sharpening tool, as one needs to apply the correct angle at all times.
Superbe
Nous en avons reçu un en 2001 comme cadeau de mariage et avons utilisé ces couteaux tous les jours. Après 18 ans d'utilisation quotidienne, sans aucune plainte, il était temps d'envisager un nouvel ensemble meme si notre ancien aurait facilement pu durer plus longtemps. Ce nouvel ensemble est aussi superbe que l'ancien, j'ai eu beaucoup de chance de le trouver en soldes. Maintenant que je suis plus vieux et peut-etre plus sage, je vais aussi investir dans un bon outil d’affûtage.

El bloque ha venido bien empaquetado y todo estaba perfecto. La calidad Zwilling es muy buena y los cuchillos no me han decepcionado en nada. El bloque es de madera de buena calidad.

The knives are extremely sharp and good quality. I wasn’t sure you’d feel a major difference between these and cheaper knives but they are significantly better. Came packaged badly but that’s not a reflection on Zwilling
