    Meine bessere Hälfte und ich sind rundum zufrieden mit diesem Zerkleinerer von Russell Hobbs! Das Gerät ist optisch mit seinem eleganten roten Design sehr ansprechend und überzeugt durch seine starke Leistung absolut. Egal ob Gemüse, Kräuter oder Nüsse – alles wird in Sekundenschnelle perfekt zerkleinert.Der Glasbehälter ist robust, wirkt sehr hochwertig und ist wie die restlichen Bestandteile (bis auf den Motor natürlich) spülmaschinenfest, weshalb alles leicht zu reinigen ist. Besonders praktisch ist der mitgelieferte Aufbewahrungsdeckel, mit dem man die Reste direkt im Kühlschrank lagern kann.Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und um ein vielfaches effizienter als das Schneiden von Hand.Ich möchte diesen praktischen Helfer (vor allem bei Zwiebeln) nicht mehr missen!Fazit: Top Qualität, tolle Verarbeitung, fairer Preis (, Farbe immer Geschmackssache😃) – eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

    Ich schreibe ungern negative Rezensionen, aber diesmal muss es sein. Nach nur 25 Monaten – also gerade einmal einen Monat nach Ablauf der Garantie – ist das Gerät kaputt gegangen, obwohl es sehr selten benutzt wurde, vielleicht ein- bis zweimal im Monat.Daraufhin habe ich das Gerät vorsichtig geöffnet, um nach der Ursache zu schauen. Dabei habe ich festgestellt, dass ein kleines Plastikrädchen defekt ist. Ich habe Fotos gemacht und mich damit an den Kundenservice gewandt, in der Hoffnung, wenigstens ein Ersatzteil zu bekommen. Die Antwort war jedoch, dass es keine Ersatzteile gibt.Zusätzlich wurde mir gesagt, ich hätte das Gerät nicht öffnen dürfen und deshalb könne man mir nicht weiterhelfen. Gleichzeitig schrieb man aber, dass man mir möglicherweise aus Kulanz entgegengekommen wäre, wenn ich es nicht geöffnet hätte. Das finde ich ehrlich gesagt schwer nachvollziehbar – das Gerät war ohnehin bereits defekt. Ich habe es sorgfältig geöffnet, dokumentiert und anschließend wieder ordnungsgemäß zusammengebaut.Für mich ist das enttäuschend, sowohl was die Haltbarkeit des Produkts als auch den Kundenservice betrifft.

    Solide product. Altijd veilig omdat je het motor gedeelte naar beneden moet drukken gelijk met de startknop. Zonder de glazen schaal doet hij niets, omdat de metalen stang de motor activeert. Doet verder alles wat je van dit apparaat kan verwachten. Geluidsniveau is prima.
