Very happy with this product. Extremely heavy to have a weighing function and also the warning function for messaging dough rise. Recommend!
Einfache gute Küchenmaschine....
Ich habe nun alle Funktionen ausprobiert und die Küchenmaschine ist einfach zu bedienen. Die integrierte Waage sowie die Wärmezufuhr waren der eigentliche Grund mir dieses Gerät zu kaufen. Das Abwiegen vom Mehl funktioniert super und es ist auch eine Erleichterung. Da ich meistens Brot backe, bleibt der Hefeteig gleich in der Schüssel. Nun stelle ich nur die Gradzahl und die Dauer der Zeit ein, damit der Teig in Ruhe aufgehen kann. Was man allerdings beachten muss, dass die Küchenmaschine zwar standfest ist aber beim kneten in einer höheren Drehzahl braucht diese etwas Muskelkraft. Man sollte das Gerät festhalten ansonsten wandert sie los. Man sollte die Haken per Hand abwaschen. Ansonsten ist die Maschine super. Preislich super. Ich hätte noch gerne eine 2 Schüssel aber leider finde ich hier bei Amazon keine. Vielleicht kann mir jemand mal einen Tipp geben ?
Tolles Gerät
Gerät ist toll, war ein Geschenk an meine Tochter. (Hobbybäckerin)Leider hat sie den Knetkacken in die Spülmaschine gegeben und die Beschichtung hat sich gelöst. Stand aber in den Pflegehinweisen, die wir leider nicht gelesen haben.Aber es wurde uns trotz Eigenverschulden kostenlos ersetzt!Danke nochmal an den Verkäufer 😊somit kann sie sich wieder dem backen widmen .

Deutlich Schwächen beim Brotteig
Beim Kneten von Brotteig auf Stufe 3 zeigt die Maschine bereits nach 1 Minute deutliche Schwächen. Man muss sie festhalten, weil sie sich stark bewegt. Die 3 Minuten, wie im Rezept gefordert, schafft sie nur so ganz gerade.
