    I love this product. I use it daily. But:The only concern is that if it has not enough weight in it, the medium and large size twist under the ovens heat. Maybe is better to check for a set that has some bent as reinforcement.

    Das ist schon das 2. Set, dass ich gekauft habe. Die Tassen samt Gitter sind regelmäßig im Smoker im Einsatz. Da brennt sich des öfteren ordentlich etwas an. Einfach für eine halbe Stunde Wasser und Spülmittel rein und alles läßt sich gut abwischen. Hitze von 220° halten sie aus (heißer hatte ichs noch nicht). Wie gesagt, das 2. Set (weil ich mehr brauche, nicht weils kaputt ist :) ), bin sehr zufrieden.

    Warped when subjected to heat.

    The first time I used the large tray it warped when removed from the oven. It was in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c. It regained its shape apter a few minutes.

    I bought these from a link of a site that lists lead free products. I haven't had baking sheets in a long time & was wanting to try one sheet recipes. When I went to the store & saw this set with the wire racks (the wire racks had negative reviews) and bought them. The price was hardly different & I only have one rack.These pans are SUPER shiny. I love that. & I am keeping them shiny clean. I have used at least one every day since I got them. The racks are actually just fine. No problems at all.I don't think you can go wrong with this set.
