Schönes Set für den Einstieg ins Sauerteig-Game!
Das GEEKHOM Sauerteig Starter Set macht wirklich Spaß – alles Wichtige ist dabei und man kann direkt loslegen. Die Qualität der enthaltenen Utensilien ist solide, das Glas ist schön groß und übersichtlich, und die Anleitung hilft gut beim Einstieg. Mein Sauerteigstarter hat sich prima entwickelt und das Brot ist super geworden!Einen kleinen Stern Abzug gibt es nur, weil ich mir noch ein kleines Rezeptheft oder mehr Tipps für Anfänger gewünscht hätte. Ansonsten ein wirklich tolles Set, das ich jedem Hobbybackbäcker gerne empfehle! 🍞

Sehr gutes Set, ist alles drin was man braucht.
Parfait pour se lancer dans le levain
Envie de pain maison et de comprendre les bases du levain, ce kit m’a semblé être une bonne porte d’entrée. On reçoit un ensemble vraiment complet avec ses 12 accessoires, sans se sentir noyé sous du superflu. Les paniers de formats différents sont appréciables pour tester plusieurs tailles de pains dès le début.Le pot en verre est clairement la pièce centrale, pratique et rassurant pour suivre l’évolution du levain. Le thermomètre à coller et le bandeau de mesure de hauteur sont simples mais très utiles quand on débute et qu’on cherche à comprendre les rythmes de fermentation. Les autres accessoires font le job pour la découpe et la mise en forme, sans complication.Je suis encore en phase d’apprentissage, mais pour un débutant c’est cohérent, bien pensé et agréable à utiliser. Un kit rassurant pour se lancer sereinement et prendre goût au pain maison, validé sans hésiter.

La verdad es que me lo he pasado genial con este kit. Viene con mil cositas y al final te animas a probar de todo sin miedo. Las cestas me han funcionado súper bien y el tarro con las marcas es un puntazo para ver cómo va subiendo el fermento. Te sientes un poco pro aunque estés empezando.Eso sí, hay detalles mejorables. Algunas herramientas se notan un pelín básicas y en un par de usos ya vi que no eran las más duraderas del mundo. Y los materiales, aunque cumplen, no son de gama alta. Pero vamos, para aprender y pillar el truco al pan, sobra.

Un buen punto a tener en cuenta es que todos sus elementos se pueden introducir en el lavavajillas y aunque si que se aprecia que sus componentes no son de gran calidad, si cumplen dignamente con su función a un precio que considero correcto para un kit de este tipo... Si te animas a hacer pan con asiduidad uego es cuestión de ir reemplazando artículos por otros con un acabado mas profesional- y mas caros-...
