    Sehr robuste und stabile Halterung!Mega Saugkraft!!!

    Normal schreibe ich selten Rezensionen,es sei denn das Produkt hat mich überzeugt,genau wie diese Handyhalterung von Vanmass.Bestellt und per Turboversand bei mir angekommen.Verpackung war sehr edel und sehr gut Verpackt.Es riecht nicht und fühlt sich Wertig an.Alles dabei......sogar extra nen Clip für Lüftungsgitter und ein Klebepad von 3M.Die Halterung kostet zwar aber ist sein Geld wert,da es so verschieden Einsetzbar ist.Mit diesem SET welches gut durchdacht ist,sind Fahrzeugwechsel und mitnahme kein Thema.Habe mir diese Halterung von Vanmass bestellt, da ich vorher mit der (eckigen) Version> Magnethalter sehr zufrieden war.Da wir mehrere Fahrzeuge in der Familie haben,gab es bei dem einen oder anderen Auto die Situation das ein "festes" anbringen,des vorherigen Magnethalters bescheiden war.Zum Fahrzeug:Ein Audi 80 B4 (von meinen Eltern) welches sehr "schmale" Lüftungsgitter hat.Mein Magnetsystem von Vanmass kann ich nirgends am Lüftungsgitter anbringen, da es einfach zu schmal ist und der Clip nicht passt.....egal welcher.Habe schon etliche Modelle gehabt, aber das von Vanmass (Update 2022) ist was Bedienung,Verarbeitung und Qualität betrifft eine andere Liga.Was mir sehr gut gefällt, das man mehrere Möglichkeiten hat.Egal ob Scheibe,Armaturenbrett oder Lüftungsgitter.Ich muss zugeben ich bin kein Freund von Halterungen wo man das Handy einklemmt.Bisher was ich immer hatte,war wabbelig,knartschig oder hatte das Gewicht von meinen Iphone 7 Plus nicht lange gehalten oder der Mechanismus ist schnell gebrochen.Frontscheibe wollte ich nicht,also kam der Halter auf das Armaturenbrett.Habe es mal ohne das Klebepad versucht um zu schauen ob es hält.Sag nur....Woooow....richtig stark und stabil.Es saugt ohne Klebepad so stark, das wenn ich den Halter nach unten oder oben drücken will, das Armaturenbrett in dem Bereich mit "angehoben" wird.Sehr stabil!Habe dazu ein Video gemacht wo man es sieht,das ich es mit dem Iphone 7 Plus (Panzerglas und Hülle) versuche es zu Simulieren.Habe so gut es geht einzufangen.Nach dem Video habe ich es nochmals übertrieben,weil ich wissen wollte wann es mal nachgeben würde.No go....hält ohne wenn und aber.Es ist sehr Robust und saugt sich Megastark ans Armaturenbrett.Auch eine "Holperstrecke" absolvierte die Halterung problemlos,wo andere versagt haben.Sehr gut finde ich die Optionen das der einstellbare Teleskoparm nach oben/unten und nach vorne/hinten in der länge einstellbar ist und auch der Halter 360grad drehbar.An der Scheibe hat es mich teilweise gestört wegen der Blickrichtung,und nach der Demontage muss man die Scheibe an der Stelle putzen.Sonst gibt es Stress mit Papa;))Für mich ist es der perfekte Halter.Die Lösung es auf dem Armaturenbrett zu befestigen und passend für mich einzustellen war genau richtig.Es steht nicht im Weg,Lüftungsgitter kann ich einstellen und alles andere frei bedienen und Verarbeitung ist Top.Das Ladekabel kann man mittig einsetzen ohne Probleme.Was ich auch sehr gut fand ist der Mechanismus zum öffnen der Klammern.Er ist hinten so angebracht das wenn man nach seinem Handy greift (siehe Video) brauch man nur mit dem Zeigefinger hinten auf den Knopf drücken und es fährt leise und sanft auseinander.Das Einlegen ist auch easy....in die zwei Haltenasen einsetzen und die Klammern zudrücken,Es hat eine sehr feine Rastung,so das kleine "Schritte" möglich sind.Kurz und kanpp saehr Komfortabel.Kann es nur empfehlen und werde bei Vanmass bleiben.Hier passt Preis/Leistungm und der Kundenservice.Fazit:Sehr gut Vanmass.....weiter so.....mir gefällts.....

    KURZREVIEW:Positiv:+ Sehr stabil+ nimmt sehr viele Smartphonegrößen auf+ Halter für Armaturenbrett UND für Lüftungsschacht inklusive+ Saugnapf hält extrem gut+ Position flexibel einstellbar+ leicht zu bedienen (Öffnen / Schließen)+ Ausgezeichneter Kundenservice (auch in deutscher Sprache)Negativ:- erster Defekt nach etwa 1 Jahr und 9 Monaten (durch den ausgezeichneten Kundenservice jedoch kein Problem)AUSFÜHRLICHES REVIEW:Habe die Smartphone-Halterung nun seit einiger Zeit in meinem Wohnmobil (Peugeot Boxer 3) verbaut.Bisher habe ich ausschließlich die Halterung für das Armaturenbrett verwendet. Dazu habe ich den Saugnapf direkt auf dem leicht gewölbten und angerauhten Kunststoff des Armaturenbretts befestigt. Die Halterung ist bei mir komplett ausgezogen und nimmt meist ein recht großes und verhältnismäßig schweres Smartphone (Fairphone 4) auf. Hierdurch und durch die gefahrenen Strecken mit vielen Schlaglöchern ist sie sehr starken Belastungen ausgesetzt. Das alles hat die Halterung bis jetzt ohne jegliche Probleme mitgemacht und auch der Saugnapf hat sich noch nie gelöst.Erst jetzt, nach etwa 1 Jahr und 9 Monaten, hatte ich das Problem, dass die Halterung an der Basis nahe des Saugnapfes locker wurde und sich das Gestänge nach links und rechts bewegte, obwohl alles gut befestigt war.Daraufhin habe ich den VANMASS Kundenservice über die VANMASS Hompage kontaktiert und gefragt, ob ich denn etwas tun kann, um dieses Problem zu beheben. Obwohl es sich nicht um eine deutsche Firma handelt, wurde mir innerhalb weniger Stunden auf deutsch geantwortet. Nach Verifizierung des Problems durch ein Video, welches das Problem und meine Addresse zeigte (so wurde es gewünscht), wurde mir problemlos eine neue Saugnapf-Halterung innerhalb weniger Tage kostenlos zugeschickt.Die Mitarbeiterin (Maggie) war sehr freundlich und hat ihr Möglichstes getan um das Problem schnell und unkompliziert zu lösen. Hier hatte ich wirklich das Gefühl, dass der Kunde an erster Stelle steht und dass VANMASS die Kundenzufriedenheit sehr am Herzen liegt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich mich auch in Zukunft mit jedem Problem, das Produkt betreffend, an sie wenden kann und dass dann schnell eine Lösung gefunden wird. Wirklich ein perfekter Kundenservice!Ansonsten ist die Halterung, wie in den Stichpunkten bereits erwähnt, sehr flexibel einstellbar und leicht zu bedienen (Öffnen / Schließen).Der eigentliche Smartphone-Halter kann sehr schnell von einer Aufnahme zur anderen gewechselt werden (Armaturenbrett <-> Lüftung) was bei sehr heißen Temperaturen, oder bei laufender Heizung / Klimaanlage von Vorteil sein kann.Dies ist ebenfalls ein Vorteil, wenn man die Halterung in 2 PKWs verwenden möchte. So kann man in einem Fahrzeug die Saugnapf-Halterung und im anderen Fahrzeug die Halterung für den Lüftungsschlitz verwenden und braucht nur die Smartphone-Aufnahme umbauen.Ich bin mit der Halterung mehr als zufrieden, weshalb ich mir mittlerweile für mein zweites Fahrzeug ebenfalls eine Smartphone-Halterung der Firma VANMASS gekauft habe :)Wer eine robuste und flexibel einsetzbare Smartphone-Halterung sucht, dessen Firma einen ausgezeichneten Kundenservice hat, (für den Fall, dass doch einmal etwas sein sollte) ist hier genau richtig!

    Funktion & Service super, Haltbarkeit allerdings nicht

    Funktion: topService: super topHaltbarkeit: meiner Meinung nach zu kurzDie Handy Halterung an sich ist wirklich super, ich habe sie in meinem Auto mehrfach versetzt und die Sauglocke klebt selbst nach drei Jahren noch. Allerdings ist nach genau zwei Jahren und elf Monaten nach der Bestellung eines der Plastikteile, dass das Handy festhält, einfach abgebrochen. Ich schätze mal nach Jahren im Auto, mit Hitze und Kälte, das Teil einfach durch ist.Ich habe die neue Halterung vom Hersteller ersetzt bekommen, das ist natürlich toll, aber ich kann mich nicht ganz damit anfreunden, dass man solche Gegenstände alle paar Jahre neu kaufen muss. Wir haben schon genug Müll, vor Allem Plastik auf der Erde, Ich finde es sehr schade, dass so ein Teil nicht mindestens fünf Jahre hält.

    I needed a mobile phone holder for my new van and, having seen the many positive reviews of the VANMASS mobile phone holder, I decided to buy a second one for my car as well. I was not disappointed by either the products or the customer service from VANMASS.Each product was supplied with• suction cup for the windscreen, with the mount support arm capable of being extended and adjusted to various angles• attachment for the ventilation grilles in the vehicle• mobile phone holder, including a locking nut and ball joint for secure connection to either the windscreen mount or the vent mount• silicone protection on the back, feet and arms of the phone holder, giving a very secure grip• instruction booklet in both English and German languages and with a QR code linking to an instructional video on installation• wet and dry wipes to prepare the windscreen for fitting the holder.The 3M adhesive pad was not supplied but this was resolved quickly and satisfactorily by VANMASS.The first impression of the phone holder is how well-designed and robust it is. It has the look and feel of a well-manufactured product. It feels sturdy in the hand, with no flimsy parts that might break or fail easily.All moving parts and joints move freely. I was particularly impressed with the telescopic arm release button, which is easy to access and operates smoothly, releasing the arm gently but firmly. The arm extends to 9.5 cm, not 19.5 cm, as stated in the product description (but I expect this is just a typographical error). The ball joint is very firm and tightens down well, giving a strong connection between the phone holder and the support mechanism.The ability to extend and rotate the arm supporting the phone holder, and the various methods of attaching it to the vehicle, make this product extremely flexible and capable of placement at the most convenient positions in the car or van.The connection between the suction cup and the windscreen is probably the firmest and most secure I have ever experienced. I use an older iPhone which, in its case, measures 8.5 cm x 16 cm, which is easily supported in the holder. It sits firmly in the vehicle and does not move, shake or rattle, whether on smooth or rough terrain. Due to the flexible placement options, the phone is always conveniently placed to be easily used while not obstructing the driver’s view of the road ahead.I use the vent mount as the main position and installed the suction cup mount on the windscreen, just out of my direct eye line while driving. The phone holder is easily moved between both positions by releasing the ball joint and refitting it in the second location. Both positions facilitate easy charging of the phone.This phone holder gives a sense of confidence while driving, knowing that it is unlikely to slip or fall off, thereby distracting the driver. When using the screen or keypad the phone and mount stay secure, giving good feedback to the touch and resulting in fewer input errors.Although there are cheaper products available, I believe that the VANMASS phone mount is excellent value for money and is worth the investment. It also has a good warranty period, which is reassuring.I have already experienced VANMASS customer support after the purchase and it was excellent.This VANMASS phone mount is by far the best I have ever used and I would confidently buy from this supplier again.Based on my experience using the product, I am happy to recommend this phone mount to other purchasers.

    Great product and the delivery was quick. The only fault I can find with the product is the part that attaches the phone holder to the base is a bit weak. This part broke on my first Vanmass holder, possibly due to over tightening. Apart from that it is an excellent product.

    Couldn't support my phone's weight

    I tried it with my phone Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and it couldn't hold it. The phone holder would fall after a few seconds. I understand that my phone is quiet heavy but I was expecting the suction cup to stick hard on the surface.I tried it again with the air vent piece and it worked like a charm.I would have kept it if it wasn't so expensive.If you wanna buy this product then:1. Make sure your phone is not large or heavy.2. Make sure you don't overpay.
