    Nach nur zwei Monaten ist die RC-Schlange komplett auseinandergebrochen und lässt sich trotz neuer, unbenutzter Batterien nicht einmal mehr einschalten. Als das Spielzeug noch funktionierte, haben die Augen beim Einschalten immer rot geleuchtet – jetzt gibt es überhaupt keine Reaktion auf den Power-Knopf. Man drückt den Knopf und es passiert einfach gar nichts. Das deutet für mich eindeutig auf einen Material- oder Herstellungsfehler und ein großes Qualitätsproblem hin.Der Support fordert zusätzlich ein Video, das das Einlegen der Batterien und das Synchronisieren zeigt – was bei einem 20-€ Spielzeug in keinem Verhältnis zum Produktwert steht. Ich war bereits über zwei Stunden mit Fehlersuche und Reklamation beschäftigt, der Aufwand übersteigt den Nutzen deutlich. Eine Rücksendung wäre für mich in Ordnung, aber nur wenn der Hersteller ein Rücksende-Etikett bereitstellt, damit die Prüfung vor Ort stattfinden kann.Fazit: Sehr enttäuschende Qualität, hoher Aufwand für ein günstiges Produkt, keine Kaufempfehlung.ERGÄNZUNG:Nach mehreren Emails mit dem Kundenservice in Kanada und ein wenig hin und her haben diese sich bereit erklärt, kulanterweise eine Ersatz Schlange zu schicken.Diese soll in den nächsten 3 Monaten ankommen.Daher erhöhe ich meine Rezension von ☆ auf ☆☆☆.

    Finger weg von diesem Spielzeug

    Mein Kind hat nur ein paar Wochen mit dem Spielzeug gespielt und jetzt funktioniert es nicht mehr. Es leuchtet zwar, aber wenn man bei der Fernbedienung irgend ein Button drückt, dann geht das Anakonda von selbst aus. Am besten möchte ich mein Geld zurück.

    Steuerung nicht einfach, aber dennoch lustiges Teil

    Die ferngesteuerte Schlange schlängelt sich überraschend lebensecht durch die Gegend. Also von der Bewegung her, man sieht natürlich sofort dass es ein Spielzeug ist.Sie schlängelt und schlängelt, gegen den Schrank, gegen die Stuhlbeine, einfach überall gegen. Die Steuerung ist auf Grund der Schlangenlinien nämlich nicht so einfach.Da die Schlange auch keinen Rückwärtsgang hat, schlängelt man sich oft fest und muss hinterher laufen weil man sonst nicht weiter kommt. Was den Kindern aber anscheinend überhaupt nix ausmacht. Die haben ihren Spaß mit dem Ding - Papa hat schon nach kurzer Zeit aufgegeben..Draufgetreten haben sie auch schon, aber noch funktioniert sie.Knappe 4 Sterne, weil die Kids ihren Spaß haben.
