Sehr schöner Schuh. Größe entspricht der tatsächlichen Größe.Schuhsenkel zu lang und knoten hielten nicht immer gut.Qualitativ aber sehr gut gewesen. Meine Tochter hat ihn sehr gerne und lange angezogen.

Es ist eine sehr schicke Stiefelette, schlicht, so, wie ich es mag. Leider fällt er kleiner aus und passt nicht, deshalb muß ich ihn zurück schicken.

Unglaublich respektlose Email von Amazon trotz Reklamation
Diese Schuhe hatten wir das zweite mal auf Grund eines Defekts des vorherigen Paars bestellt. Die Schuhe wiesen nach bereits 3 Tagen den selben Defekt auf, wie das gleiche Modell welches wir ebenfalls nach kurzen tragen wegen einem Defekt reklamieren mussten (defekter Reißverschluss). Nach der zweiten Reklamation habe ich eine dermaßen unverschämte Email von Amazon erhalten, dass ich ehrlich schockiert war. Mir wurde vorgeworfen das Produkt unsachgemäß behandelt und zurückgeschickt zu haben und das demnächst Beanstandung genau kontrolliert werden. Wir bestellen wirklich sehr viel bei Amazon und sind sehr gute Kunden. Noch nie musste ich mir vorwerfen lassen eine zu widerrechtliche Handlung begangen zu haben und das in so einem Ton. Ich habe mir nichts vorzuwerfen. Auf meine Antwort auf diese Mail habe auch auch nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Es hat jetzt vielleicht nicht so viel mit dem Produkt zu tun, welches wirklich eine schlechte Qualität hat. Aber ich wollte wenigstens mal auf diesem Weg meinen Ärger über den Kundendienst kundtun.

Habe die Schuhe für meine Tochter gekauft. Sehen super aus und haben einen tollen Laufkomfort.Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Zu eng, billig verarbeitet
Schon allein am Anfang waren die Schnürsenkel kaputt, so dass man sie nicht richtig einfädeln konnte. Einer normalen 38 passt die 38 Leider nicht, weil sie zu eng sind. Ich habe die Schuhe meiner kleinen Tochter gegeben. Nach nicht mal 14 Tagen sehen die Nähte nicht mehr gut aus.

Die Stiefel sind sehr schön und wirken qualitativ hochwertig, aber leider haben sie meiner Tochter nicht gepasst, daher habe ich sie zurückgeschickt. Sie sind eher für schmale Füße geeignet, da sie ziemlich eng geschnitten sind.
