Toller Schuh
Der Schuh wurde für mein Enkelkind bestellt. Herbstsaison 2024 zum ersten Mal gekauft, der Schuh begeisterte zu 100%,wurde ordentlich strapaziert, wirklich sehr viel getragen und wurde nur nicht mehr angezogen weil er nicht mehr passte. Im Herbst 2025 kam die Frage:" Oma,kann ich wieder die Schuhe haben?"Klar, sehr gerne.

Umtausch nicht möglich
Der Schuh an sich ist wirklich schön und qualitativ gut.Der Service beim Umtausch leider nicht. Es war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk und leider zu klein, aber für einen reduzierten Preis gekauft. Dann haben wir ihn in eine Nr. größer umgetauscht bekommen, nur leider war dieser nicht wirklich größer als der in Größe 39 und wollten ihn nochmal in Gr.40 umgetauscht haben, natürlich auch für den gleichen Preis. Dies war laut Kundenservice nicht möglich somit mussten wir ihn für 17,-€ mehr nochmal bestellen. Fand ich echt frech, da das Produkt/der Schuh ja passen muss!
