    Seit einigen Monaten nutze ich den Arturia KeyStep zusammen mit meinen Hardware-Synthesizern. Er ist zu einem unverzichtbaren Teil meines Set-ups geworden. Sowohl die Verarbeitungsqualität als auch die Funktionalität dieses kompakten MIDI-Controllers haben mich rundum überzeugt. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass der Arturia KeyStep in meinem musikalischen Alltag eine hervorragende Figur macht. Verarbeitung und Funktionalität sind absolut perfekt. Besonders die vielseitige Einsetzbarkeit mit unterschiedlichstem Equipment macht ihn für mich unverzichtbar. Wer einen portablen, leistungsfähigen Controller für Hardware-Synthesizer (und natürlich auch Software-Instrumente) sucht, wird mit dem KeyStep meiner Erfahrung nach sehr glücklich sein. Ich möchte ihn nicht mehr missen.

    Der wohl beste kompakte MIDI Keyboard Controller auf dem Markt

    Das Arturia Keystep 37 überzeugt vor allem durch die extrem gute und robuste Verarbeitung. Da klappert nichts und alles fühlt sich hochwertig an. Getoppt wird das Ganze durch die vielen Anschluss Möglichkeiten, dem eingebauten Arpeggiator und Sequencer. Nach der Online Registrierung hat man zusätzlich noch Zugriff auf weitere tolle Software.Ich benutze es hauptsächlich mit Geräten der Roland AIRA Serie und der Korg Volca Serie. Aber auch am PC ist es absolut perfekt. Ich kann das Keyboard nur wärmstens empfehlen.

    Es benötigt ein bisschen Einarbeitungszeit, mit der geöffneten Anleitung im Hintergrund. Aber was man am Ende alles erzielen kann mit diesem Gerät, ist vom Spaßfaktor her kaum zu überbieten.Übrigens: die Tasten haben die gleiche Größe wie die des MiniLab, sind aber besser spielbar und weit weniger "klapprig".

    Wohl eines der besseren MIDI-Keyboards in dieser Größe und Preisklasse. Allerdings mit einigen Mängel die etwas unangenehm sind.Am schlimmsten sind die nicht zum Tempo blinkenden LEDs der Oktav-Umschalter. Ich musste diese mit dunklem Tape abkleben, damit sie nicht beim spielen stören.Die Spielbarkeit der Tastatur selbst ist auch eher im unteren Bereich anzusiedeln, aber immerhin soweit stabil. Es gibt Schlimmeres. Das Aftertouch (welches _nicht_ poly ist) sollte ausstellbar sein. Die eher schlecht reagierende Velocity sollte man ebenfalls fix und einfach einstellen können. Der Modulations-Touch-Schieber ist leider richtig doof platziert, so daß ich oft aus Versehen eine Modulation einstelle, ohne es zu merken. Es gibt dazu kein visuelle oder haptisches Feedback. Das nervt richtig. Ohne Touch würde das auch nicht passiert. Warum muss alles Touch sein? Totaler Ranz. Sonst, mangels Alternativen, ist es wie gesagt eines der besseren MIDI-Keyboards in diesem Segment. Kann man kaufen.

    Rock solid device, capable of much beyond what I need. Used for feeding out MIDI to an old Yamaha keyboard as well as a Behringer CAT synthesizer. Interfaces with Mac and Windows MIDI stuff no problem. Very nicely built, solid, not shaky or cheap, really smooth action on the keys and very playable. The ONLY goofy thing, this is very minor and this is pointed out in videos I've seen on the unit, is that the ribbons for the pitch and modulation will DEFINITELY be scraped or rubbed by the left hand during use, by accident. Just the nature of the design, if it gets too aggravating you can put a piece of cardboard over that area. Otherwise this is an amazing unit with expansive capabilities for what is relatively speaking a super low price.

    À titre de débutant avec ce type d'équipement, le KeyStep 37 d'Arturia est un outil plutôt complexe qui exige beaucoup de lecture et d'expérimentation. Mais il s'agit d'un appareil de très bonne fabrique, solide avec un clavier comfortable. Ce qui m'impressionne le plus est qu'une fois connecté à mon DAW, le nombre de possiblités sonores (littérallement illimitées) que je peux produire en musique est épatant.
