    Einfach nur lecker - wie bei Muttern!

    Mit kleinem Zubereitungs-Trick richtig gut – ohne Zwiebelsoße!

    Direkt mit der Zwiebelsoße zubereitet fand ich die Hackbraten gar nicht gut. Ohne Soße und mit der richtigen Methode werden sie aber richtig lecker – fast wie vom Grill und ideal als schnelle Burger-Patties.So klappt’s bei mir:Hackbraten aus der Packung nehmen, Soße weglassen.Wenig Öl in die Pfanne, beide Seiten kurz anbraten (Röstaromen).Anschließend 3–5 Min. in die Heißluftfritteuse (ca. 180–190 °C), bis außen kross, innen saftig.Kurz ruhen lassen, nach Geschmack würzen – fertig.Ergebnis: außen knusprig, innen saftig, neutral genug für Burger-Aufbau (Brötchen, Gurke, Käse, BBQ/Senf).Pro: schnelle Küche, gute Konsistenz mit dieser Methode.Kontra: die Zwiebelsoße ist nicht meins; falsch zubereitet schmeckt’s schnell „muffig“.Fazit: Ohne Soße + Pfanne + Airfryer werden die Dinger super. 4/5 Sterne – mit dem Trick klare Empfehlung.

    Wirklich lecker, das Fleisch ist angenehm gewürzt und ist sehr locker, ohne "gestreckt" zu schmecken. Die Soße gibt absolut keinen Anlass für Kritik, und die Packung reicht gut und gerne für 2 Mahlzeiten. Kann ich zu 100% empfehlen!

    Einmal, nie wieder. das Produkt ist alles nur kein Hackbraten. Weder Optisch noch geschmacklich, dann doch lieber wieder selber machen. Vermutlich haben die Werbeleute des Unternehmens noch nie einen Hackbraten gesehen, geschweige denn gegessen. Die Fleischscheiben sind nicht dicker wie ein Paddy für Hamburger. Einzig die Zwiebelsauce kann man gut mit ein paar Salzkartoffel essen.

    Six big meatloaf burgers in lots of onion gravy. No hard fatty bits and thouroughly cooked. Steam some potatoes and microwave the contents and you'll have two tasty filling meals. I added tomato ketchup as is traditional. I'm using curry sauce next time. At €5.49 for 900g and 450 calories for half the packet it was a really great find.
