    Das DREISTERN Eisbeinfleisch in feinem Aspik hat mich positiv überrascht. Das Fleisch ist sauber verarbeitet, ohne Speck und ohne Schwarte, was man sofort beim Öffnen sieht. Die Konsistenz ist angenehm zart, und der Aspik hat genau die richtige Festigkeit, ohne wässrig oder zu geliert zu wirken.Geschmacklich ist es mild, aber dennoch herzhaft – ideal für eine klassische Brotzeit. Ich esse es hauptsächlich auf frischem Brot mit etwas Senf, und dafür eignet es sich wirklich hervorragend. Es ist nicht zu salzig, was ich bei solchen Produkten sehr schätze.Die Portion von 200 g ist für eine Mahlzeit genau richtig. Insgesamt ein qualitativ gutes Produkt, das hält, was es verspricht. Für alle, die Eisbein mögen und etwas Bodenständiges für aufs Brot suchen, eine klare Empfehlung.

    Das Eisbeinfleisch ist geschmacklich gut, aber nicht mit der Qualität unserer regionalen Metzgereien zu vergleichen. Für den Notfall oder als Reserve ist es in Ordnung, aber ansonsten besser regional kaufen.

    Also schmeckt ok, aber ich hätte gerne mehr würze, Salz Pfeffer. Einfach mehr Geschmack, nachwürzen geht nicht bei Eisbein.
