    Gute Möglichkeit, netzlose Knödel zu verfüttern

    Die Futterspender sehen schön aus, weil sie recht filigran gearbeitet sind. Ich habe sie jetzt seit Ende November draußen hängen, also seit 5 Monaten. Sie sind nicht gerostet. Ich hatte Bedenken, dass der Deckel nicht fest genug schließt. Aber der Deckel öffnet sich nicht von selbst, er hält auch zwei Kohlmeisen gleichzeitig aus. Anders als bei Knödeln mit Plastiknetz hat sich kein Vogel in den Maschen verheddert, weil sie einen recht großen Abstand haben.

    Die Stationen sind aus Metall. Ca. 3-4 Meisenknödel passen rein. Der Ring zum Aufhängen ist recht groß, um die Teile auch an dickeren Ästen aufzuhängen. Die Stationen werden gut von den Vögel angenommen.

    Insgesamt ist das eine gute kleine Futterschale, aber warum nur 3 Sterne?Ganz einfach: Ich bin es leid, Artikel zu erhalten, die nicht vernünftig kontrolliert oder hergestellt wurden. Das gestern erhaltene Schälchen war unten nicht gleichmäßig (ca. 5mm Unterschied) und wackelte im Stand. So etwas schreckt Vögel ab (ich füttere schon sehr lange Wildvögel und beobachte viel und intensiv).Die Wackelei mag nicht auffallen, wenn man es auf eine Wiese stellt, aber auf ebener Fläche schon. So etwas ist ja auch schön für Terrasse oder Balkon, aber gerade auf einem gefliesten Balkonboden möchte man (oder eventl. Mitmieter) sicher nicht dauernd das Klackergeräusch haben, wenn das Teil uneben ist und es sich immer bewegt und auf den Boden schlägt, wenn einer am Rand landet oder sich abstößt, um wegzufliegen.Ich war also kurz davor, es zurückzuschicken, aber den Aufwand kennt man ja. Habe dann eine Fensterbank genutzt, um es auf einer Seite mit sanfter Gewalt runterzudrücken und somit etwas zu biegen (Mit Zange nicht möglich). Nun steht es, wie es sollte, aber eigentlich sollte es schon so zum Käufer kommen.Ich habe mehrere Futterstellen, große Vogelhäuser und auch größere Futtertische. Dieses kleine Extrateilchen soll nur für das extreme Winterwetter sein, um an anderer geschützter Stelle auch noch etwas anbieten zu können. Grundsätzlich sind diese Drahtteile besser als Futtertische mit weichem Boden, weil die Krallen sich nicht so verfangen können und man das Ganze auch problemlos in die Spülmaschine packen kann.
