Gerät nahezu in neuwertigem Zustand, bin sehr zufrieden
Nach sage und schreibe 9 Jahren habe ich mich schweren Herzens dazu entschlossen, mein iPhone SE 1. Generation durch ein neueres Modell abzulösen. Das Ding funktionierte nämlich noch einwandfrei, nur der Akku entlud sich innerhalb eines Tages; und zwar auch bei keiner oder minimaler Nutzung. Natürlich wäre ein Akkutausch auch noch eine Option gewesen.Stattdessen habe ich mir das Upgrade auf das refurbished iPhone 12 Mini gegönnt - größerer, besserer Bildschirm, 5G, doppelter Speicherplatz, schnellerer Prozessor, aktuelles iOS - und trotzdem nur unwesentlich größere Ausmaße als das alte SE. Das von trendyoo aufbereitete Gerät ist wie versprochen tatsächlich in hervorragendem Zustand, keinerlei Kratzer auf Display oder Rahmen, erst nach genauem Suchen habe ich eine mikroskopisch kleine Kerbe an der Außenseite eines der Kameraobjektive entdecken können. Im Gerät ist laut Verkäufer ein neuer Akku eingesetzt worden, was das iPhone mit der Meldung "Batterie nicht erkannt" anmosert - angeblich verschwindet dieser Warnhinweis üblicherweise nach sechs Wochen. Der neue Akku scheint jedenfalls die beim iPhone 12 Mini erwartbare Leistung zu bringen.Ein Detail trübte dann zunächst meine Begeisterung doch noch erheblich - der Lautsprecher oben am Gerät (also der, den man normalerweise auch zum telefonieren am Ohr benutzt) klang verzerrt. Schon bei Telefonaten, und dann völlig eindeutig beim Musik-Abspielen. Besonders klar wurde das im Vergleich zu den Lautsprechern unten. Eine Suche bei Google zeigte - das Problem war schon seinerzeit beim neuen iPhone 12 Mini nicht unbekannt. In dem Moment habe ich kurz über eine Rückgabe nachgedacht - und dann aber noch einen Ratschlag gefunden und ausprobiert: Nämlich den Lautsprecher mit einer geeigneten Bürste reinigen. Und das hat tatsächlich geholfen, der Lautsprecher zerrt nicht mehr und ich bin rundherum happy mit dem Gerät.

I would expect either a genuine Apple battery or at the very least, full disclosure about third-party replacements prior to purchase.*Update” - Updating my original review.After several months of use, the phone has now developed further issues. It recently switched off while still showing 50% battery, and the volume function is no longer working correctly. The device is unreliable for normal daily use.I initially reported battery concerns within the first 30 days of purchase but was advised that no fault was found at that time. The situation has since worsened.Under Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods, a defect appearing within 12 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless the seller proves otherwise. The Directive provides consumers with remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.The seller has requested that I return the device for warranty repair. However, this would leave me without a phone unless I purchase another device temporarily, which is inconvenient given that a mobile phone is an essential daily item.The phone has been carefully used and remains in good physical condition.I hope this update helps other buyers understand the importance of considering after-sales support when purchasing refurbished devices.*Further Update” - Updating my original review.The seller insisted on a return for repair under warranty, rather than offering any alternative resolution. The prepaid return process itself was highly inconvenient. Initially, I was provided with a UPS drop-off location over one hour away. When I raised that this is not reasonable for many customers, I was told it was a “system issue.” Only after further back-and-forth did they agree to provide a DHL option just 15 minutes away — something that should have been offered from the outset.Regarding the repair: prior to return, the battery was not recognised by Apple, indicating a generic/non-original part. After the repair, this has been replaced with a used Apple battery, despite clear assurances that a new, original Apple battery would be fitted.Replacing a non-original battery with a used one — while promising new — is not acceptable and falls well below reasonable expectations.Customers should not have to navigate unnecessary friction in the returns process, nor accept repairs that do not match what was agreed.I strongly advise others to carefully consider the level of after-sales support before purchasing refurbished devices from this seller.

I was a little apprehensive given some of the reviews, but figured I could send it back if it wasn't satisfactory.Arrived a day early, which is nice because my other phone got run over by a car and I couldn't afford to replace it like for like.The phone is in excellent condition; one minor scratch that one really needs to look for in order to identify, so 99%, battery health 100%, touch screen 100%, speakers 100%, display 100%.Beyond happy with my purchase, which will more than see me through until my next upgrade.Thank you!

Guter Zustand mit kleinen Kratzern
Bis jetzt ist es die zweite Woche und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Als ich es erhalten habe, hatte es an drei Stellen oberflächliche Kratzer.

habe das Gerät im ausgezeichneten Zustand gekauft und das ist es auch. Lieferung kam bereits am nächsten Tag, nicht wie angekündig nach einer Woche. Das Gerät war klar nicht im Originalkarton (auf den ich bei Apple Produkten aber auch nicht scharf bin, da ist Christo ja ein Schuljunge dagegen 😅) und mit neuem Kabel und Stecker von einem anderen Hersteller aber das ist ja vollkommend ok. Die Originalkabel zu kaufen, habe ich mir eh schon lange abgewöhnt. Ich konnte nach etwas suchen einen ca 2 mm großes Kratzerchen auf der Rückseite im Apfel finden, sonst aber rein gar nichts. Display und Gehäuse sind quasi wie neu. Beim Akku, den hier einige bemängeln, konnte ich nichts feststellen. Er kam vorgeladen mit um die 85%, keine Fehlermeldung und er lässt sich ganz normal auf 100 % aufladen. Das einzige was nicht funktioniert ist die face ID aber diese Funktion ist für mich vollkomend irrelevant, mein voriges 6S hat das auch nicht, von daher werde ich nichts vermissen und rechtfertigt für mich keinen Punktabzug. Ich habe mir schließlich zu einem "günstigen" (die "" sind einfach der Marke geschuldet) gekauft und wurde positiv überrascht.
Schlechte Qualität und schlechter Kundenservice
Bewertung: ★☆☆☆☆ – Mangelhaftes Gerät, enttäuschender KundenserviceIch habe am 3. August 2025 ein generalüberholtes iPhone 12 mini bestellt, das laut Beschreibung mit einem neuen (nicht originalen) Akku und einem neuen (nicht originalen) Display ausgestattet war. Leider war die Erfahrung mit diesem Gerät von Anfang bis Ende eine Enttäuschung.Zum Gerät: Das Display ist gebrochen, ohne dass das Gerät auch nur ansatzweise grob behandelt oder fallen gelassen wurde. Ich kann mir selbst nicht erklären, wie es dazu kommen konnte. Im weiteren Verlauf ließ sich das iPhone zudem nicht mehr einschalten und reagierte auch auf das Laden nicht mehr – es wurde schlichtweg vollständig unbrauchbar.Zum Kundenservice: Als ich einen Garantiefall geltend machen wollte, wurde mir vom Verkäufer umgehend unterstellt, ich hätte das Gerät fallen gelassen. Das ist schlicht und ergreifend unwahr. Statt den Mangel sachlich zu prüfen, wurden mir sämtliche Garantieansprüche mit dieser unbegründeten Behauptung abgesprochen. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als respektlos und geschäftsschädigend.Zu meiner Erfahrung als iPhone-Nutzer: Ich nutze seit 2009 durchgängig iPhones – also seit über 15 Jahren. In dieser gesamten Zeit ist mir kein einziges Gerät kaputtgegangen, weder Display noch Rückseite. Ich war stets äußerst zufrieden mit der Qualität der Geräte und bin grundsätzlich kein unachtsamer Nutzer. Ausgerechnet dieses eine generalüberholte iPhone – vermutlich mit einem minderwertigen hard-OLED-Display verbaut – hat mir innerhalb kürzester Zeit so viele Probleme bereitet wie alle meine anderen iPhones zusammen in 15 Jahren nicht.Generalüberholte Geräte können eine gute Alternative sein, wenn Qualität und Kundenservice stimmen. Beides hat hier nicht gestimmt. Ich kann diesen Anbieter leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
Refurbished is truly second hand
First off dhl delivery sucks i was left whitout a phone for over 2 weeks cause of them,Second the battery is definitely not lasting 80% from the original,Third its definitely scuffed around cameras and margins of the phone just cosmetic,since this is my first iphone ever,first apple product asswell its very different than android,quite a few things feel like a downgrade software wise ,even youtube app feels broken with bugs but hardware wise well really good,runs genshin impact with everything maxed out at 30 fs no problem,at 60 well cant actually do 60 and its gets hot super hot at 60 fps with everything maxed out,same with honkai star rail except it can actualy reach 60 fps, stutters only happen if the phone gets way too hot and probably other games but hey perfect 30 fps at maxed out im okay with that.Though it also gets super hot if you want to make a hotspot since for some reason it needs bluetooth and wifi on and boy does it get hot.The Bluetooths range and power is also much shorter and worse than my samsung galaxy a40 that died.Also the 4g is actualy LTE which feels way less powerfull,for example my a40 had no real problem with 4g in the canteen at work but the iphones 12 mini definitely is running worse there than my old samsung.
