    Ich hatte nie Probleme mit dem Einschlafen, sehr wohl jedoch mit dem Durchschlafen und habe mich morgens oft trotz 8 Stunden im Bett müde und erschöpft gefühlt. Aus diesem Grund habe ich versucht zu schauen welche natürlichen "Mittelchen" es gibt um die Schlafqualität zu verbessern. Nach langer Recherche bin ich auf des Schlafspray von Omega3zone gestoßen. Hier hat mich vor allem angesprochen, dass neben dem "Hauptschlafhormon" Melatonin noch weitere beruhigende Kräuterextrakte und Wirkstoffe einen durchdachten Wirkkomplex bilden. Mir war eben wichtig, dass es nicht nur reines Melatonin ist, wie man es mittlerweile aus Drogerien oder auch vielen anderen auf Amazon angebotenen Produkten kennt.Nachdem ich mittlerweile schon mein 2. Fläschchen des Schlafsprays von Omega3zone bestellt habe, kann ich sagen, dass ich total zufrieden mit dem Produkt bin und sich die gewünschte schlafunterstützende Wirkung für mich eingestellt hat. Ich würde sagen der Körper braucht 1-2 Wochen um sich an das Spray zu gewöhnen, damit sich der gewünschte Effekt einstellt, aber seitdem schlafe ich durch bzw. wache nur noch sehr selten auf (wenn die Katzen etwas runterschmeißen, man kennt's) und, genauso wichtig, ich fühle mich am nächsten Tag erholt und ausgeschlafen und bin dadurch leistungsfähiger. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

    bei mir wirkt das produkt - ich merke wie ich tiefer schlummer & nicht mehr so intensiv träume. auch der geschmack ist lecker :) ich bin wirklich froh, das produkt entdeckt zu haben. Bei mir reicht eine h vor dem schlafen gehen - ein pumpstoß auf die zunge. bei zwei pumpstößen oder zu später einnahme, fühl ich mich morgens gerädert - also da braucht man meiner meinung a bissle bis man für sich selbst die perfekte dosis & den passenden zeitpunkt gefunden hat :) habe schon andere melantonin produkte probiert, aber hab dies als einziges nun zum zweiten mal nach gekauft. und es ist super lange haltbar - die 1. flasche hatte ich ein halbes jahr - top preisleistung 👌🏾 danke!

    Mir wurde das Spray empfohlen und ich benutze es seit einigen Monaten. Ich werde relativ schnell müde und kann sehr gut einschlafen. Insgesamt hat sich meine Schlafqualität sehr verbessert. Selbst,wenn man nachts wach wird und nicht wieder einschlafen kann,können bedenkenlos 2-3 Sprühstöße genommen werden ohne, das man am nächsten Tag müde ist. Ich persönlich bin sehr begeistert und empfehle es gerne weiter.

    Nach dem ein oder anderen Melatonin- Spray bin ich jetzt auf dieses aufmerksam geworden. Amazon empfiehlt es, also wird es ausprobiert.Wirkung soweit gut, eine Entspannung ist zu merken. Nach einem stressigen Tag definitiv zu empfehlen.Sprühstoße sind auch gut regulierbar, alles ohne Probleme.Geschmacklich leider doch für uns etwas zu sauer/ künstlich. Hab da andere Erfahrungen gemacht, die wesentlich besser waren! Für Leute, mit sensiblem ,,Gaumen“ nicht zu empfehlen! Meine Freundin möchte es aufgrund des Geschmackes nicht weiter benutzen. Ich behalte es im Auge!Empfehlung für die Leute, denen dieses Melatonin- Spray nicht das erste und der Geschmack egal ist.

    Mir wurde Melatonin als Einschlafhilfe empfohlen anstatt Hormone einzunehmen (oder gar Schlaftabletten).Ich habe schon einige Tropfen und Drops ausprobiert. Auf deep relax komme ich wieder zurück, weil mir das Spray am besten schmeckt, es sich perfekt dosieren lässt und es sehr ergiebig ist. Bei manch anderen Tropfen ist der Geschmack eine Überwindung. Zudem enthält es B-Vitamine und Ashwaghanda-Wurzelextrakt. Seit ich dieses Spray verwende, schlafe ich einfach richtig gut, schmerzfrei, und früh bin ich erholt und fit. Es macht auch nicht abhängig. Man merkt nur, dass man nicht mehr so sanft in den Schlaf gleitet wie sonst und der Schlaf auch nicht so angenehm tief ist. Also wieder wie vorher - bei mir jedenfalls.

    Schwachsinnige Zusammensetzung und schlechter Geschmack

    Zuerst einmal zu der Zusammensetzung: Die zusätzlichen Pflanzenextrake, Vitamine und Aminosäuren sind in nahezu homöopathischer Dosis enthalten, und werden wohl kaum eine Wirkung haben, wodurch es eigentlich vollkommen schwachsinnig ist diese darein zu tun. Erhöht nur das Risiko für Allergien und macht den Geschmack sehr wiederlich von diesem Produkt. Ashwsghandha soll eine belebende Wirkung haben. Warum man dies in ein Schlaf-/Beruhigungsmittel tut ist mir äußerst fraglich. Alles was das in diesem Produkt macht ist einen ekligen Geschmack und im Zweifel die schlafqualität zu verschlechtern. Alles in allem ein schlechtes Produkt, was mit Melatonin allein besser fahren würde. Die Wirkung überzeugt auch nicht. 1 Stern zudem weil das Produkt benutzt aussah, als es ankam.
