Die Blutung wurde gestoppt nach einer starken Schnittverletzung.
Als Attrappe oder zur geübten Privatnutzung geeignet
Ich nutze diese TQs im Hobbybereich als Attrappe, wobei ausschließlich die Klettschlaufen geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Diese werden teilweise im Feld, also auf waldigen, staubigen oder ähnlichen Boden angewendet und (in Taschen) geführt.Bisher habe ich keine Beschwerden über Verdreckung des Kletts.Aus beruflichen Gründen bin ich geübt, diese anzuwenden. Im Vergleich zu rettungsdienstlich zugelassen Modellen ist das Plastik natürlich nicht so langlebig, aber um es als Attrappe zu verwenden ist es perfekt.Achtung, kein medizinischer Hinweis, aber: ich empfehle diese TQs durchaus auch für den Notfallkasten zuhause, im Garten oder im Auto, um bei lebensgefährlichen Unfällen wenigstens eine Chance zu haben, die Blutung zu stoppen bzw. bis zum Eintreffen des Rettungsdienstes zu reduzieren.Aber zu diesem Zweck bitte immer einen Profi zur sicheren Anwendung fragen und unter Aufsicht regelmäßig üben (sowohl Anwendung, als auch Meldekette und Dokumentation, da auch falsche Anwendung Probleme und Verletzungen hervorbringt).Es gibt auch z.b. Auf Youtube genug Tutorials, um Laien eine ausreichende Handhabe näher zu bringen, wobei diese alleine nicht zur sicheren Anwendung reichen. In jedem Falle ist dieses TQ besser, als ein Gürtel mit Stock/Kochlöffel.Zu beruflichen Anwendungen kann dieses TQ unter Umständen aus mitunter rechtlichen Apsekten nicht geeignet sein (in meinem Fall ist bei einem Exemplar die Plastikschnalle teilweise angebrochen und hat daher beim Verdrehen des Zughebels deutliche Eindruckspuren auf der Haut hinterlassen, was nicht sein darf).

excellent for training, not for real usage
The product price gives value as to be expected for the price. Alas it does not survive the testing of tying it in place and placing strain on it after x minutes.However for training usage it does just fine, given that actual tourniquets are not to be reused.

Gebruiksaanwijzing enkel in het Engels. Wel door de foto's kunnen zien hoe te gebruiken. Stevig materiaal. Voldoet aan verwachting. Lengte lang genoeg zelfs voor mensen met obesitas.Teveel plastic verpakking. Is overbodig.
Only for PRACTICE!
This is an okay product if you want to get practice in as it's, so much cheaper than known brand. But it's simply made of to cheap and weak plastic for me wanting to trust it for real, feel like I would break it if I cranked it to the level I would need for real as I can feel it getting there just for training.
