    Comfortable to play!

    This violin has been an ideal choice for my teen who is new to learning gps to play the violin. He chose to start with this electric violin and we are both happy with it. It has a solid wood build, it’s sturdy and high quality. The 10W amplifier produces a clear and rich sound. For me one of the best features is the silent mode, which allows him to practice while I work at home. disturbing others around me.

    ​This electric violin sounds surprisingly good for the price. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and the "silent" mode works perfectly. All the accessories are a nice bonus. Great deal for a beginner student!

    All Violins are not created equal obviously. This one is no exception. If you are looking for a Stradivarius for the Symphony I'd move on. If you are looking for one to learn on that is somewhat quieter or an electric one to gig with so the good one can stay at home this fits the bill perfectly. It includes all the accessories that are required for an acoustic violin as well as a decent case to hold everything. If you go to buy rosin, a shoulder rest, extra strings and a clip on tuner that can easily hit $50. If you are into recording the pickup is good fir that as well so you don't need to buy an additional microphone. Appearance wise it looks wonderful and the photos don't do it justice. The headphones aren't the greatest but I look at them as being free with the rest of the outfit and are perfect for learning. I'll get pictures and a video up once the skill level improves. Don't want to run anyone off :-)
