    This is a self described toner from Korea. It is dense and thick, like syrup. I was not expecting that. I typically use a cotton round but with this I just apply to my face with my hands. It has a delicate earthy scent I find very pleasant. This product is nicely moisturizing. It makes my skin feel nourished and relaxed. I think my expectation of what consistency a toner should have threw me off a bit. Works well for my dry skin.
