• This complete fermentation kit consists of:
• 30 litre bucket + lid with scale and practical tips for making homemade wine, beer, etc. The container has two openings, for drain tap and second in the lid for fermentation tubes
• Drain tap with 2 seals
• Plastic fermentation tube - A special protective plug prevents fruit flies from entering the container without affecting the fermentation process (protective plug has special ventilation openings.
• A rubber stopper - the plug has a hole in which a fermentation lock can be inserted. Made from a material that does not react with wine ingredients.
• Aromatic Bayanus Multicomplex - is everything you need for fermentation in one package. This is a blend of fine wine yeast varieties, nutrient salts, vitamins and pectolytic enzymes, thanks to which you can easily prepare any type of wine with a clear aroma. With a 40 g pack of Aromatic Bayanus Multicomplex you can make up to 50 litres of white or red fruit wine.
• 10 ml pectinase - adding pectinase makes it easier to clarify wine later after the end of fermentation. Easy to use - mix the contents of the bag with 100 ml of water, pour over the fruit according to the instructions on the pack, mix and set aside
• 15 g. Turbo sulphur powder – for sulphuring (disinfecting) glass balloons, bottles, etc. Pour the contents of both bags into 2 litres of water, stir and use directly.
