Überteuert, minderwertig und für Kombucha nicht geeignet.
Punkt 1) Der Wasserhahn lässt sich rein mit der Hand nicht fest genug ziehen und tropft.2) Beim festziehen merkt man die minderwertige Verarbeitung, spätestens wenn die Mutter mit der festgezogen wird sich in den Finger schneidet.3) Die Gähruhr ist ein Stück Papier.4) Der Kohlefilter bzw. die Öffnung ist viel zu klein, was dazu führt das kaum Sauerstoff in das Glas gelangt. Hefegährung findet statt, die eigentliche Kombuchaentstehung dagegen nicht.5) Der Thermometer ist F° und C° wobei die C° Angaben viel zu klein sind und kaum ablesbar.6) Die Dichtung am Deckel fällt regelmäßig ab und landet im Glas.7) Sehr, sehr dünnes Glas, man traut sich auch gar nicht den Hahn fester anzuziehen.Insgesamt ist der Deckel für die Kombucha-Herstellung nicht geeignet. Lässt man den Deckel drauf, so stellt man fest, dass kein Pilz sich an der Oberfläche bilder, sonder nur das was da war irgendwann anfängt oben zu schwimmen. Das wars auch.Deckel abgenommen und mit einem Tuch abgedeckt und siehe da, bereits am nächsten Tag war die Entstehung vom neuen Pilz zu sehen.Geht zurück..Punkt 8) Massiv überteuert.
