    Eine gute Wahl, wenn man ein kompaktes und vielseitig nutzbares Gerät für Zuhause möchte. Es ist sofort benutzbar und nimmt kaum Platz weg. Auch sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht zum Fitnessstudio gehen mag und sich etwas Gutes für die Gesundheit tun will. Solides Gerät, das viel für den Preis bietet, bin sehr zufrieden.

    Gut gedacht aber zu geringe Belastung selbst in höchster Stufe

    Das Gerät ist an sich gut gedacht. Von der Belastung ist es nur zum aufwärmen in meinem Fall geeignet. Die beiden Gummis der Seilzüge sind einfach zu dünn um wirklich eine Belastung herbeizuführen. Die Übungen aus den beigefügten Schaubilder sind auch bei höchster Intensitätsstufe zu schwach um wirklich Kraft aufwenden zu müssen. Nach nun drei Woche quitscht das Gerät auch schon. Fazit: gut gedacht, für Anfänger oder zum Aufwärmen geeignet.

    Sehr gut durchdachtes Gerät! Klein, praktisch und trotzdem wird der gesamte Körper trainiert. 💪 Würde es wieder kaufen. Viel besser als diese riesen Kraftgeräte, die dann bloß in irgendeiner Ecke rumstehen. Wir haben es jeden Tag im Einsatz. Selbst mein Mann benutzt es täglich (das war der Plan😉) Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Widerstandsbänder könnten hochwertiger sein. Aber sonst topp!

    Viele Möglichkeiten für die körperliche Betätigung. Nicht zu gross. Was ein bisschen stört, persönliches Empfinden bei der Bauchübung, ist der kleine Abstand zwischen den beiden Holmen.
