Gutes Gerät und noch besserer Service
Ein wirklich gutes Gerät, leider war mir die 50 Kilo Variante bei einigen Übungen zu stark. In der Lieferung lag aber eine Karte des Händlers mit dem ich Kontakt aufgenommen hatte und ohne Umschweife Gratis noch die 40 Kilo Variante bekam.Für den Super Kontakt zum Kunden und dem daraus resultierten Angebot würde ich glad nochmal 5 Sterne geben.

Beim ersten Auspacken meint man man hätte Plastik in der Hand, das Teil ist aber bei sehr geringem Gewicht erstaunlich stabil. Die Feder scheppert, ist aber mechanisch.Die Übungen Brust, Rudern und Bauch sind für mich besonders effektiv. Wobei Rudern und Bauch vollständige Übungen sind und insbesondere Bauch ein richtig wohltuender Antagonist zum Kreuzheben ist.Bei Brust ging mir die 50kg Version zu stark in das Armgelenk, es ist aber möglich den sehr zuvorkommenden Kundendienst zu kontaktieren und siehe da, man erhält umsonst eine 40 kg Version. Hier habe ich für mich festgestellt, dass die Übung ideal Bankdrücken ergänzt. D.h. man spürt richtig gut den oberen Teil der Brust wenn sie schon vom Bankdrücken aufgepumpt ist. Als alleinstehende Brustübung würde ich das nicht empfehlen.Fazit: Das Teil ist eine richtig gute Ergänzung fürs HomeGym wenn man nicht an die vollständigen Geräte kommt. Ideal wäre es wenn man 30kg-50kg umstellen könnte, gerade als Reiseutensil wegen des geringen Gewichts.

Tolles Fitnessgerät für zuhause, herausragender Kundenservice
Ich habe mir die GoFitness Push Down Bar 50 kg bestellt. Das Gerät machte bereits nach dem Auspacken einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es ist trotz seines geringen Gewichts robust und liegt durch den Schaumstoff an den Griffen gut in der Hand. Nach kurzem Austesten merkte ich, dass es für das Krafttraining zuhause sehr gut geeignet ist und vielfältige Einsatzmöglichkeiten bietet. In einem Begleitheft ist die Ausführung verschiedener Übungen mit Bildern sehr anschaulich dargestellt. Auch das mitgelieferte Exercise Pad erscheint im Gesamtkonzept des Trainings mit der Push Down Bar sehr sinnvoll.Leider habe ich festgestellt, dass das bestellte Gewicht von 50 kg für einige Übungen zu viel ist. Daher habe ich per E-Mail dem Kundenservice geschrieben und das Problem geschildert. Dieser hat sehr schnell geantwortet und mir die Zusendung der 40 kg Variante zugesagt. Das bereits bestellte Gerät mit 50 kg durfte ich behalten! Ein großes Lob an den schnellen und tollen Kundenservice! Alles top! Die Bar mit 40 kg kam bereits innerhalb kürzester Zeit.Ich freue mich schon auf das Training!
Qualität & Vielseitigkeit sind einfach top!
Mobiles Trainingsequipment hab ich im Laufe der Zeit schon zahhlos bestellt und bin jedes Mal aufs Neue enttäuscht worden, so dass ich natürlich auch diesen kompakten Trainer mit reichlich Skepsis geordert habe - um absolut überrascht zu werden: Brust, Lats, Bizeps & Trizeps lassen sich auf diverse Weise so effektiv bearbeiten, dass ich, trotz runden 25 Jahren stets aktiver Trainingserfahrung, muskulär an meine Grenzen komme! Der Wiederstand der Ausführungen in 50kg & 40kg ist enorm! Für den Trainingsanfänger ist die bebilderte Anleitung sicherlich ein sehr guter Einstieg - jeder Trainingserfahre wird darüber hinaus schnell Übungen für sich finden, die ihn maximal ausreizen (z.B. bei der Brustpresse in der Position maximaler Kontraktion die Arme gerade nach vorne strecken, während man die Spannung hält, um den Bewegungsradius noch eine Spur weiter auszureizen). Und nicht zu vergessen: Der Kundenservice ist einfach großartig! Also unterm Strich: Eine ganz klare Empfehlung - mein heute liebstes Trainingsgerät daheim & auf Reisen!

Habe das Push Down Bar Brusttrainer Fitnessgerät in 50 kg bestellt, was für Anfänger doch zu viel war. Nach Anfrage beim Verkäufer es tauschen zu lassen haben wir das 30 kg Gerät anstandslos, schnell und kostenlos bekommen und konnten sogar das bestellte Gerät behalten. Dieses ist für Anfänger zum trainieren perfekt. Man kann es wirklich für fast alle Muskeln zum Aufbau verwenden. Da die Zeit für ein Besuch im Fitnesscenter knapp ist, ist es ein gute Alternative. Ich kann es zu 100 % empfehlen. Die mitgeliefert bildliche Anleitung für Übungen ist sehr hilfreich.

Utilizzo questo GoFitness Push Down Bar da alcuni giorni e devo dire che sono davvero soddisfatto della qualità e dei risultati. Dopo qualche giorno ho già sentito i muscoli più tonici .Le molle offrono una resistenza forte e duratura, garantendo un allenamento efficace per petto, spalle, braccia e schiena. È perfetta per allenarsi a casa, soprattutto se non si ha spazio per attrezzi ingombranti.Le impugnature sono comode e il prodotto è solido — nessun scricchiolio o piegamento anche sotto sforzo intenso. Apprezzo anche le dimensioni compatte: facile da riporre e da portare in viaggio. Bastano pochi esercizi al giorno e sento già una differenza nella forza e nel tono muscolare della parte superiore del corpo.E' una scelta giusta per chi vuole rafforzarsi, migliorare la postura o semplicemente variare l’allenamento. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo!Il mio consiglio per la maggior parte degli gli uomini e' di scegliere la Resistenza di 40 kg in quanto quello di 50 kg ( vero challenge anche per i palestrati ) potrebbe risultare troppo duro sopratutto per allenare il petto.Per chi vuole tenersi in forma senza complicarsi la vita e' un ottimo acquisto !

J'ai acheté celui qui me va le mieux je pense je n'arrive pas pour l'instant en bout de course avec ce qui veut dire que je peux progresser je suppose et en même temps je peux adapter la puissance fourni pendant l'exercice ce qui va me faire progresser au fur et à mesure produit exactement comme le descriptif l'explique léger et de très bonne conseption très solide je pense à voir dans le temps je reviendrai si je constate un problème ou un changement d'avis mais pour l'instant je suis ravie
Unique way of building and maintaining strength.
Can’t recommend this product enough. I can deadlift 170 kg however the device is still challenging and works muscles in a way barbells cannot. I initially ordered the 50 kg however after struggling with some of the exercises the seller sorted me out a 40 kg bar free of charge. The company is excellent as is the product. If you are looking to improve your upper body strength at home this is the solution. Throw in some wall sits and some squat jumps and you have an excellent way of keeping fit without the gym membership or having lots of clunky weights at home.
