Our high-dose whey protein powder efficiently meets your daily protein intake needs and provides you with important amino acids such as BCAAs and EAAs. It is very important to provide the body with proteins and meet individual needs, because proteins contribute to both maintenance and increase in muscle mass. The 100% Whey Protein, which is one of IronMaxx®'s absolute bestsellers, does not require milk to achieve the optimum flavour and consistency, but has been developed primarily for preparation with water. In dieting phases, the combination with water ensures a low-calorie and low-fat protein shake, while in bulking phases, a combination with milk provides extra protein and more calories. One container of the 500 g protein powder is sufficient for 18 protein shakes when using 50 g doses (mixed in 250 ml of liquid). Ingredients Whey protein concentrate (milk) (91%) (contains emulsifier (lecithins)), strongly deoiled cocoa powder (4%), aroma, salt, thickener (guar gum), natural aroma, sweetener (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia), caramel preparation (0.1%) (glucose syrup, malrup, to- todextrin, sugar), vegan biscuit powder (0.1%) (wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, sugar beet syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), aroma, salt, acidifier (citric acid), vanillin). May contain traces of egg, soy and lupine. Directions 50 g powder (approx. 4 heaped tablespoons) and 250 ml of cold water into the mixing cup and shake for 20 seconds. Drink 1-4 servings daily to achieve the indicated positive effect. It is recommended to consume before sports or competition, immediately after training and before bedtime.       Habe mir das Protein-Pulver als gute Zwischenmahlzeit beim WPF-Fasten geholt. Sehr lecker. Es riecht und schmeckt super schokoladig mit einer tollen Salted Caramel Note. Es gibt keine Stückchen drin, löst sich gut auf und schmeckt wunderbar. Kann ich persönlich nur weiterempfehlen.
