Balkon-Highlight
Ein sehr schönes, bequemes und einfach zu montierendes Loungesofa, welches jetzt das Highlight auf meinem Balkon ist. Leider hatte ein Sitzkissenbezug einen Riss, aber selbst dieses kleine Problem wurde durch den äußerst freundlichen und kompetenten Kundenservice innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst, und ich habe einen neuen Bezug bekommen.

Nicht 100% outdoortauglich
Ich habe das Sofa vor einer Woche gekauft. Der Zusammenbau war grundsätzlich einfach, allerdings sollte man darauf achten, die Stangen nicht zu stark zu verbiegen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis scheint gut zu sein. Heute hat es dann geregnet und leider habe ich festgestellt, dass die Schweißnähte nicht komplett geschlossen sind, sodass Wasser eindringen kann und das Material möglicherweise korrodiert.Ich werde das Problem beheben, sobald alles wieder trocken ist, um Rostflecken auf den Steinen zu vermeiden.Ansonsten bin ich mit dem Sofa bisher zufrieden.

Couch ist okay, aber ACHTUNG vor dem Service!!!
Ich habe die Couch am 22.06. bestellt und konnte sie einen Monat später endlich aufbauen. Sie ist dem Preis entsprechen günstiger gebaut und wackelt seitlich ein wenig. Trotzdem ist die Couch stabil genug und wird hoffentlich eine Weile halten.Leider musste ich Bekanntschaft mit dem Kundenservice machen und das war meine negativste Erfahrung seit über 15 Jahren an Amazon Bestellungen.Wer es genau wissen will:Die Couch kam nach wenigen Tagen an. Ich brauchte sie gar nicht ganz auspacken um zu sehen, dass die Anzahl von zwei Bauteilen falsch war. Die vakuumverpackten Polster haben sich nach dem Öffnen auch direkt aufgeblasen. Wieder einpacken also unmöglich.Ich habe Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufgenommen und bekam am fünften Tag nach einem zusätzlichen Anruf bei der Firma eine Rückmeldung. Ich habe die eingescannte Stückliste mit markiertem Ersatzteil und eine Beschreibung geschickt. Daraufhin kam erst einmal die Frage, welches Teil ich von der Stückliste benötige. Weitere 5 Tage verstrichen....Das erste Ersatzteil wurde nach 1,5 Wochen auf den Weg gebracht. Leider war es falsch und nicht einmal von der bestellten Couch.Wieder Kontakt aufgenommen und ein weiteres falsches Ersatzteil bekommen. Dieses Mal war es fast das richtige Bauteil, aber alle Bohrungen waren falsch und haben selbstgebohrt ausgeschaut.Ich habe dann wieder direkt bei der Firma angerufen, wobei ich wiederholt eine nette Mitarbeiterin am Telefon hatte. Wir hatten ausgemacht, dass die drei riesigen Pakete bei mir zuhause abgeholt werden. Es kam eine Nachricht mit den Anweisungen, die ich alle befolgt habe. Leider wurden (wie immer) meine Nachrichten ignoriert und es kam keine Abholung zustande. Jetzt einen Monat später stehe ich vor meinem Sommerurlaub mit einem halbvollen Zimmer an Paketen.In den letzten Nachrichten habe ich zusätzlich eine Teilweise Ersattung gefordert. Der Artikel hat mich einiges an Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Die mehrfachen Forderungen wurden wie immer komplett ignoriert, bis auf: "Wir können Ihnen, aus Kulanz, gerne für die Rückgabe zwei Rücksendescheine zur Verfügung stellen damit sie die Ware in zwei Kartons packen können".Ich habe aber bereits drei riesige Kartons zur Rücksendung. Und das o.g. Problem mit den aufgeblasenen Polstern ist auch nicht gelöst.Ich hoffe der Verkäufer wird seinen Service überdenken. Hoffentlich wird eure Couch richtig geliefert und die Erfahrung bleibt erspart!!!
Abstellen
Die Bank ist für meine Zwecke gut, jedoch mit der Lieferung war ich ganz und gar nicht zufrieden!Das Paket wurde einfach, "ohne Abstellgenehmigung" auf den Hauptplatz gestellt bzw. vor eine Arztpraxis hingestellt!!
Canapé pour terrasse
Reçu avec 1 semaine d'avance ! Youpi. Facile à monter même si les pièces (vis, écrous) sont petites. Très belle qualité et ENFIN des coussins épais ! Utilité en terrasse en ville, je le recouvre d'un joli tissu.

Comfortable for 45+.Purchased a few weeks ago was waiting for nicer weather to put it together.Took me longer to put it together than I hoped. Instruction wise could do with improving as had to take it a part a few time as holes didn’t match up. Not shown on picture instructions.However, this is a nice 2 seater sofa and the cushions are thick/comfortable. The metal work is browny/grey. Picture looks black. Still Looks nice.Cushions do move but another buyers review said they had purchase rug slip mat.Overall worth purchasing. My patio is small and I purchased a 2 seater. Have now orders a chair as they are quite wide. I wanted to see what it was like first before ordering others. I had measured it but different once in stitu.Good thing is it’s not too low, which some other sofas were.In my early 50’s now and so needed something to be able to get up from ok! The perks of age, hey!Think I will get pads for the arms. As I like to rest my arm on the arm rest.
