    Super Möbel, schön verarbeitet.Artikel war leider nicht vollständig, doch der Anbieter war sehr Kundenfreundlich und entgegenkomment und bot mir eine angemessene Erstattung an.

    Leider fehlten beim Tisch die Beine.Wurde mit dem Support innerhalb 24 Stunden geklärt. Super Service. Danke.Der Rest ist zufriedenstellend. Ein Stuhl etwas schief, aber bei dem Preis durchaus zu verkraften. Alles wirkt bislang stabil und durchdacht.Bei der Montage die Schrauben nicht anziehen. Nur die Muttern drauf, dann lässt sich das ganze auch allein und relativ entspannt zusammenbauen. Ich hatte nicht wirklich Probleme.Gern wieder.

    Enttäuschender Ablauf – mangelhafte Qualität und kein zuverlässiger KundenserviceIch habe ein Gartenmöbel-Set bestellt und musste leider von Anfang an enttäuschende Erfahrungen machen. Einer der gelieferten Stühle war bereits bei der Ankunft beschädigt – an einer Stelle war sichtbar geschweißt, geflext und überlackiert worden. Es handelte sich eindeutig nicht um einen Transportschaden, sondern um einen bereits bekannten Mangel.Nach mehrfachem Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer (Everbrent) wurde mir zwar zunächst ein Ersatzstuhl zugesichert, doch auch dieser kam erst mit großer Verzögerung – und nur teilweise: Es fehlten sämtliche Verbindungs- und Stützstäbe (Teile D–I laut Aufbauanleitung), sodass der Stuhl nicht aufgebaut werden kann.Trotz wiederholter Erinnerungen, klarer Beschreibung des Problems und der Bitte um Nachsendung der fehlenden Teile habe ich bis heute keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten. Es ist extrem frustrierend, ständig hinterherlaufen zu müssen, um eine eigentlich selbstverständliche Lösung zu erhalten.Insgesamt war der gesamte Ablauf enttäuschend – von der mangelhaften Produktqualität bis zum nicht vorhandenen Kundenservice. Ich kann diesen Verkäufer leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

    Als allererstes vorab, die Sitzgruppe sieht wirklich sehr gut aus und man sitzt auch wirklich bequem! Sie scheint sehr stabil aaaaaaaaaber!!!! Der Aufbau ist eine Katastrophe! Alleine so gut wie unmöglich, da die Sitzflächen gespannt werden! Sehr kraftaufwändig! Hinzu kommt, dass der Rahmen leicht verbogen sein kann, was zur Folge hat, dass die Sessel oder der Zweier kippeln! Obwohl man unter den Füßen ein Plättchen hat, welches man zum Ausgleich herausdrehen kann!Wir hatten das Problem beim Sessel! Mein Tip! : einer setzt sich rein, man löst vorsichtig noch einmal alle Schrauben und zieht sie dann wieder an! So hat es bei uns geklappt! Jetzt steht sie super in unserem Garten! Sieht hochwertig aus! Ist sie erstmal aufgebaut, ist sie wirklich schön!

    Montage der Gartenmöbel war zu zweit gut zu bewerkstelligen. Passgenauigkeit für den Preis okay.Leichtes kippeln der Stühle oder des Tisches ist durch verstellbare Pins gut auszugleichen.Für unseren Zweck gut zu gebrauchen. Man sitzt auf den Stühlen bequem.

    Sehr stabil und bequem aber das aufbauen war mühsam. Durch die Spannung ist es sehr aufwendig alleine ..am besten zu zweit aufbauen und so wie es drin steht nicht die Schrauben gleich fest Schrauben, sonst wird es sehr mühsam. Wenn man sich daran hält, kommt es zu sehr schönen balkonmöbel. Empfehlenswert auch bei kräftig gebauten Menschen sehr bequem und stabil.
