Vollständiges durchdachtes Set
Da ist alles dabei, was ich für den Beginn meiner Sauerteig-Reise brauchte (tbh geht es auch ohne alles!!). Ich mag aber gern mit gutem Werkzeug arbeiten, und das war es. Es gab nur noch ein einziges Item, was ich dazu gekauft habe, so ein kleines Teesieb, um Mehl zu zerstäuben. Sonst war alles da, in guter Qualität und dem besten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für solche Sets auf Amazon!

Gutes Komplett-Set zur Brotherstellung!
⭐⭐⭐⭐Das Aischens Sauerteig Komplett-Set wird mit zwei Brotkörben in verschiedenen Größen/Formen, Papiertüten, Bürste, Silikonschaber, Mixer, Spachtel, Rasierklingen und halter, Gärglas, Silikon-Brotschlingen, Sticker "hand made" und einer Anleitung geliefert.Alle Teile sind gut gemacht. Es sind aber natürlich für den Preis keine hochwertigen Werkzeuge oder Gefäße, sondern einfache Produkte.Für ein Ausprobieren reichen die Teile aber allemal aus!Es riecht auch nicht chemisch oder anderweitig komisch.Die Erklärung in der Anleitung ist auch gut.Demnächst wird Brot in Eigenherstellung gegessen! :-)Für den Preis gut!⭐⭐⭐⭐

Keine Ausrede mehr kein Sauerteigbrot zu machen
Wir haben uns immer etwas vor dem Aufwand gedrückt wo so ein Sauerteigbrot im Vorlauf braucht.Doch mit dem Set bekommt man alles was man dafür Braucht um Erfolgreich eigenes Sauerteigbrot zu backen.Neben Werkzeug und Korb bekommt man noch allerlei Hilfreiche Sachen wie z.B. Silikonunterlage usw.Damit sollte es jetzt jedem gelingen.Aber immer auf gute Hygiene achten und alles sehr sehr Sauber machen sonst wird das nix mit dem Teig
Perfektes Starter Set für Sauerteige!
In der Packung befinden sich 2 gepolsterte Brotgärkörbe (runder 23-cm-Korb & ovaler 25-cm-Korb), ein Sauerteigstarter Set ,Dänischer Teigschneebesen, Reinigungsbürste, eine Klinge zum einschneiden mit 5 austauschbaren Klingen, Rezeptanleitung, eine Silikonmatte für das Brot die man mit backen kann und noch vieles mehr!Ein sehr gutes Set, da alles enthalten ist, was man so benötigt um einen eigenen Sauerteig anzusetzen.Besonders die Silikonmatte für das einfache einfüllen in den Bräter bzw wieder herausheben ist gold wert! Ich nutze normalerweise immer Backpapier und verbrenne mich regelmäßig.Das Bäckermesser könnte besser sein, erfüllt aber gut seinen Zweck, ich bin zufrieden :)Kann das Set weiterempfehlen!
Gärglas zerbrochen
Nach dem zweiten Gebrauch zerbrach das Gärglas beim Abwaschen.Zwei Sterne, weil die übrigen Produkte in Ordnung sind.

Pedí este set porque quería empezar a hacer pan de masa madre en casa, y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido lo bien pensado que está todo.Incluye todo lo necesario: dos cestas (una redonda y una ovalada), raspadores, cuchilla, batidor danés, cepillo, espátula, tarro de fermentación, ¡hasta bolsas reutilizables para guardar el pan! 🎉✅ Todo tiene un aspecto cuidado y de buena calidad. El lino es suave, las cestas son firmes y de rattán natural, y los accesorios se ven duraderos.🔧 Al abrir el paquete noté un olor algo fuerte, como a pegamento o plástico, pero tras unas horas al aire se fue por completo.También encontré un pequeño defecto en la espátula roja de silicona, que tenía un borde ligeramente dañado. Nada grave, no afecta al uso.💬 En general, si estás empezando (como yo) o si ya tienes experiencia, este kit te lo pone muy fácil. Estoy muy contento con el producto y lo recomiendo con confianza.
