    Wir haben Surströmming für eine Challenge gekauft. Der Geruch ist wirklich aba....... :-) das war es wert. Wir hatten viel Spaß...

    - schnelle und gekühlte Lieferung- dann im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt- heute gegessen (mit fachgerechter Zubereitung - unter Wasser geöffnet, kurz gewässert. Gräten entfernt und Fisch von der Haut getrennt. Knäckebrot mit Butter bestrichen, Kartoffeln drauf, reichlich Fisch drauf (einen Teil einfach pur gegessen), rote Zwiebeln drauf und einen Hauch crème fraîche- Schmeckt sehr gut, war auch top Qualität- Geruch? Ja, etwas faulig/brackig, aber harmlos … da gibt es wildere Käsesorten oder französische Würste aus Innereien bestehend.Wir haben es zu dritt probiert, hat uns allen geschmeckt - werden es wieder essen.

    Wurde super schnell geliefert, noch vor dem angegebenen Datum. Dose war einwandfrei. Haben es zum Spaß bestellt und als Herausforderung/Mutprobe auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Stinkt echt schlimm und kostet überhaupt Überwindung das Zeug in den Mund zu nehmen. Aber einigen hat es sogar tatsächlich geschmeckt. Also no risk- no fun!

    tolle Leckerei für unsere Schwedischen Nachbarn, deutsche Genießer sollten aber die Norwegische Zubereitung beachten : a) im freien öffnen b) abwaschen c) nur mit braunen Käse und Brot genießen

    9/11 Kollegen hat der Geruch zerbröselt schmeckt wie ne Kombi aus Schwefel (vergleichbar mit diesem Aroma das man im Mund hat nachdem Feuerwerk gezündet wurde) und sehr sauren salzigen Kronsild Hering in Kombi bestimmt nicht schlecht aber blank hauts einen echt aus den Latschen wichtig ist das ausweiden und die Gräten entfernen (ziemlich genau wie bei Kronsild Heringen) und so viele unwissende um sich herum versammeln wie möglich beim Öffnen denn die Reaktionen sind herrlich (am besten unter Wasser öffnen die Spritzer will man nicht abbekommen) alles in allem die 15€ wert ich würds mir aber nicht wieder bestellen nur um es zu essen

    Standen mit 10 Leuten da und haben es geöffnet! Fazit was auf socialmedia gezeigt wird stimmt gar nicht keiner von uns hatte dieses kotz oder brech Gefühl.
