Preiswert, nahrhaft und gut lagerbar
Schmeckt gut, ideal für Eintöpfe oder Bolo-Gerichte und als eiserne Reserve.
Sehr gut als Vorrat, Geschmack ist gut
Wenn es mal schnell gehen soll, in Stücke schneiden, mit frischen Champignons oder aus dem Glas kurz anbraten, etwas Wasser oder Wein zugeben, Maggi Soßenpulver einen Schuss Sahne, dazu Kartoffeln und fertig ist eine leckere Mahlzeit. Sehr gut als Vorrat.

alle Dosen verbeult
Ich habe es heute erhalten und noch nicht ausprobiert, aber leider waren alle Dosen verbeult. Ich traue mich deshalb nicht, größere Mengen zu kaufen! Das ist die Konsistenz des Fleisches, also eigentlich das Fleisch selbst. Wenn man es erhitzt, riecht es nicht besonders angenehm, aber der Geschmack ist das Wichtigste, und der war gut. Ein bisschen scharf, aber genau richtig, um in einer schwierigen Situation oder einem Notfall zu helfen.

Rindswurst rustikal
Ich hatte mir eine Art Corned Beef erwartet, aber das ist es nicht. Ist eine gekochte grobe Rindswurst nach rustikaler Art. Würzung und Geschmack find ich ok, die Konsistenz könnte zarter sein. Kann man aus der Dose snacken, oder besser kalt mariniert servieren, oder warm ganz nach Wunsch verwenden. Ist ok, aber kein Gourmetprodukt.

Surprised it was this good, handy without refrigeration
I got a tin to try. It's more like a solid round of mince than it is like corned beef. It's not like stew beef. I cut the round carefully into four equal circles to make hamburgers, brushed them with a little oil, and browned them in the air fryer (I could have used a pan, but we're all about the air fryer these days). They didn't shrink much because the meat is pretty lean - though the tin is only 300 grams it cooks up like 400 grams of shop bought mince. The burgers weren't dry though - I served them on buns with a slice of melty cheese and burger toppings, and the kids liked them. I'll buy these again to keep on the "emergency shelf" as they'd be good in any recipe that uses mince.
