    Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von einem Hersteller wie Philips hätte ich mehr Professionalität erwartet. Konnte leider die Verpackung nicht innerhalb der Frist Rückgabefrist kontrollieren, als ich dann dazu kam und ich die Verpackung aufgemacht habe, stelle ich fest alles voll mit Haaren , die natürlich nicht meine sind. Ich bin sehr wütend, so ein Produkt in der Preisklasse mit so wenig Sorgfalt bis gar keine zu behandeln finde ich unverschämt und unverantwortlich mir als Kunde gegenüber.
