Absolut genial
Das Bike ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und fährt sich super. Habe anschließend Schwierigkeiten gehabt mit meinem „normalen Fahrrad“ zu fahren. Der Akku hält die 120 km, wenn man nicht mit voller Unterstützung und dauerhaft bergauf radelt. Sehr bequemer und gefederter Sattel, guter Einstieg sowie ergonomische Haltung beim Radeln. Das mitgelieferte Werkzeug/ Multitool ist auch bei jedem Ausflug dabei. Auch einen Anhänger zieht das Fahrrad ohne spürbare Probleme souverän. Preis und Leistung sind absolut top. Die Lieferung war ebenfalls sehr schnell. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen und ist definitiv gleichwertig mit einem 1.000€ teureren E-Bike. Mein Mann kaufte sein E-Bike für 1.200 € mehr im Fachgeschäft, allerdings BBF.

Im Prinzip ok, aber einige Details nicht schön,wie z.B. die abweichende Farbe
Nun ja im Prinzip ist das Teil ok, aber die Farbe entspricht keineswegs der Abbildung, das Bike ist eher braun. Die Anleitung ist sehr umständlich, alles auf einem riesengroßen Blatt. Wäre schön, wenn es für die Drehmomente eine Liste gäbe. Das angebotene Video ist ganz nett, aber die Reihenfolge stimmt nicht immer. Da der Schlüssel auf em Video aufgrund der niedrigen Qualität nicht zu erkennen ist, musste man raten oder probieren welcher Schlüssel für den Akku ist, da die Schlüssel miserabel gearbeitet sind (stark gratig) war erst unklar, ob es der falsche Schlüssel oder die schlechte Qualität ist. Mal sehe wie sich das Teil im Alltag bewährt. Der Rahmen ist im Bereich der Befestigungen für das Rahmenschloss scheinbar etwas ungenau, sodass die Funktion des Rahmenschlosses nicht einwandfrei ist.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Ein super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Das Fahrrad fährt sich sehr gut und der Motor unterstützt ausreichend bei jeder Fahrt. Mehr kann man in dieser Preisklasse nicht erwarten.
E-Bike mit vielen Macken
Leider hat der Akku einen defekt bereits nach 14 Tagen. Hatte es zur Erstinspektion gegeben um diverse Mängel beseitigen zu lassen. Hinterrad verzogen, Lenkspiel viel zu straff eingestellt. Bremsen und Schaltung einstellen lassen.Kein Akkutausch möglich laut Amazon. Deswegen geht komplettes E-Bike zurück und man bleibt auf Inspektionskosten sitzen und wird einfach aus dem Chat geschmissen.

The motor failed and the company was zero helpThe motor itself was powerful for the first few months. Then, it started making a horrible grinding noise and lost all power. I'm a mechanic, so I opened it up and found the infamous nylon gear had shredded—a very common problem.This is where the nightmare began. Bafang offers zero support to end-users. They refused to sell me the $15 replacement part, telling me I had to go through a dealer. The dealer I bought it from on Amazon was no longer active. I was stuck with a very expensive paperweight.I eventually had to buy a third-party replacement gear from a website in China and wait 5 weeks for shipping. The motor works again, but I shouldn't have to jump through these hoops.These motors have known design flaws and the company takes no responsibility after the sale. Spend your money on a brand that stands behind its products.
